  1. http://www.thefa.com/Features/EnglishDomestic/Postings/2003/06/51480.htm Here's a brief explanation Colin.
  2. Part of the administrator's job is to value all assets which includes players, merchandise stock, office equipment, basically anything that can be sold to raise revenue.
  3. If the players are on contracts they become assets that can be sold as far as I'm aware.
  4. I'm sure we would of got the going rate.
  5. I thought the reason we moved is because there was no scope for development for premiership football.
  6. That if you play sh1t you get less fans attending.
  7. There's more chance of us winning the premiership next season.
  8. We could do with any in that list at SMS right now.
  9. I would agree with you there and I reckon we will get it, imo of course.
  10. And we have despatched with 14 players, contracts were either terminated, players retired or sold and players loaned out. (Rasiak, John, Lundekvam, Powell, Licka, Viafara, Safri, Davies, Dyer, Makin, Poke,Ostland, Wright Idiakez), and that doesn't include the loan signings (Hamill, Richard Wright, Vignal, Luketti) all who were on a lot higher wages than the current crop.
  11. And neither am I but it helps to keep a balanced view
  12. That's obvious by your non attendance to rather go and watch racing at Ascot
  13. For the same reason mentioned in another thread about someone who vented their anger at the box waving season tickets but were asked to sit down by some older saints fans who were then subjected to verbal violence by the said thug. The said thug even had the idiotic mind to invite other saints fans to take him on with his "come on have a go if you think you are hard enough" gesture with his hands.
  14. Guess you didn't like Jermaine Wright then  I see your stats went from Jan to March, did the season end there or do you have more stats to reveal to us?
  15. And neither do you...hth
  16. I have never been a chef although without one you would not survive in the forces. As for Mcgoldrick I replied to a post in another thread which you decided to ignore, he was our inform striker going into the game, please remind me what other options we have available in the striker role. Please also post your observations of Mcgoldrick and all of our players that you have seen this season then come back and tell me who should be in the team and who shouldn't.
  17. Good point, anarchy is ok by me just no infighting, we all suport the same club ffs.
  18. And they were working for free
  19. Other people seem to think because we employed Poortvliet he was a cheap option but because we employed two other coaches this would offset what could of been used to secure the services of Pearson. What they are not taking into consideration is a new coach will need his own backroom staff, Pearson had his backroom staff which cost money but if he wanted to change it that would of cost money as well. I think we all know Poortvliet cost peanuts, it doesn't take the brains of a bishop to work out that his backroom staff will be equally low(e) paid.
  20. Yes, they were called Dodd and Gorman and probably cost more than the dutch trio.
  21. Pearson would of needed his own coaches as well.
  22. I've never been body searched and I sit in Itchen block10, perhaps you can wrap the banner around your body under your top/coat. Perhaps if everybody made a banner it would be hard for the stewards to remove them all.
  23. Ha threw his dummy out of the pram because he couldn't get what he wanted not that I disagree as Arry should of got who he wanted within a reasonable price range.
  24. It must do for you to reply. As for it being spelt out as the same meaning, since when has 'what was implied as being said but not what was actually said' meant the same Dave Armstrong when on the radio always stays away from the politics of the club and concentrates on the football. Fair play to him I say, top bloke.
  25. That was down to Redkrapp only spending £90k of the £2million he had to spend.
