  1. For a start you would have to convince them the debt is worth investing in.

  3. Amongst all the doom and gloom what with Wedgwood just announcing job losses and Land of leather going into administration, Poundland (like for like sales increased by 4% over christmas) is looking to expand with another 30 stores opening this year creating 1,000 jobs. Think I'll pop down to my local store to see what I am missing.

  5. Have to agree, I don't think either of the wildcards deserve a chance especially Klaasen, I thought Lewis deserved another chance. I'll miss Peter Manley, the one the fans love to hate, who will they boo now? Still, looking forward to the tournament.

  7. This I agree with, Eurosport's winter sports coverage could learn from this man, sadly that is not possible now. RIP David.

I believe Israel and the UK have the best armed forces in the world as well so a bit of coincidence really.
  12. He's probably apologised because of who he is and not what he said, he probably doesn't even remember it but the PC brigade will be on it like a ton of bricks as normal.
  13. Our brilliant forces have a tough enough job to do already without the need for some gutter press tabloid to drag up something from three years ago. A bloke is given a nickname (as all forces personal are from my 24 years experience) and if you watched the clip on tv Harry in no way said it in a malice sort of way but in terms of his nickname. People who have not served in the armed forces should realise the forces work hard and play hard, what is said the majority of times is in jest and in no way racist. Some people really need to get a f u c k ing life. Well done to all those who support Harry on being a normal person.

In peaceful I meant Israel to be left to their own devices without other countries trying to destroy them. I don't know much about Mossad but I assume it is similar to our MI6 and the CIA.

Since when have you decided what faith belongs where? For your information Christians and Muslims also exist in Israel and they don't fight each other and together with your 9/11 quote and Zionists that is just claptrap. Israel is just a peaceful country that wants to be left to its own devices and something that Egypt and Jordan agree on, terrorists like Hamas don't hence the constant rocket attacks on Israel which you seem to think is ok.

Saint George has a valid point, the Israelis are going to defend their right to exist and live in peace, if you cannot grasp that then you are as braindead as your average yank as you quote.
  17. We have a large mortgage that these clubs don't, perhaps that is our financial difficulty, just a thought. Once that is paid running on a shoestring will not be difficult.
  18. We seemed to manage a win without him, something we failed to achieve with him in the side for several games now.
  19. Why, because we couldn't pay more than Watford? That's not ****ty management but careful planning when you don't have a pot to **** in.
  20. Well that's 3 out of 3 so far and your next prediction?
  21. Some very good points here as highlighted in the posts above, well picked up Fowllyd and jam.
  22. I support the team on the pitch and not the boardroom, the spirit still exists with a few of us. By the way what year was you referring to on the 3-3 draw at Selhurst so I can see if that was a flash in the pan
  23. It doesn't say anything about wages from the clubs or the player, Cork like ALL players are not going to admit they left for more money, that would be admitting to greed. The players have agents who help them say the right things hence Cork's reference to "Watford wanted me more than Southampton".
  24. Absolutely agree but he has gone and there is nothing we can do about it. He's spent a lot of games in midfield recently and we have enough cover in that department, it's defenders we need so the capture of Saeijs is a step in the right direction considering his age and experience.
  25. Please see CB Fry's post above, perhaps if you read it properly in the first place it would of enabled you to understand what I was replying to
