  1. Mark Dennis was giving out the trophies at my lads team presentaion the other night. Make of it what you will.....
  2. Also got to LOL at the comments by 'Matthew Le Tissier'. How funny would it be if it was the man himself!
  3. I love the way the person who created the group can't even seem to speak English. Or maybe one of her 15 children were hassling her when she was trying to type?
  4. It won't happen. I saw Wotte at the airport on tuesday and asked him casually if he was going home. 'Yesh, but just for a couple of daysh' he said. I tried so hard not to look too disappointed...
  5. And anyway, Barclays can uite frankly go and f**k themselves sideways if they think they are getting any business from me.
  6. Hope so, otherwise I won't be able to afford one. I don't see why not because the payments were handled by a finance company, meaning the club still got the money up front.

Definatley an interesting quote. Personally I think it started with Rupert and ended with Lowe.
  8. In which case I think we should all chip in to buy Stanlet a ST:D
  9. http://community.webshots.com/user/piratepaul A few pics I took yesterday, including one of the directors box. Can't really make anyonr out though. And if could tell me why Paul Wotton is having a seizure in the background while Davis is running towards his goal I would be grateful:D
  10. Sauce? Speak for yourself mate, I've said since he came here what a good keeper he is, unfortunately his confidence was shot to pieces and that wasn't helped by certain sections of the crowd deciding he was the worst keeper we'd ever had. I for one will be very sorry if he goes, however I think its inevitable. Cheers Kelvin, all the best mate!
  11. I saw the challenge quite clearly and to be fair to the Burnley lad I don't think there was any malice in it, it was just one of those challenges where a head hits somewhere it isn't supposed to and comes off worst. Totally agre about the ref though, to not stop the game immediately was nothing short of criminal, especially seeing as two players were frantically calling the physio on. Not sure what the refs name is but we've had him numerous times over the last few seasons, he's been awful every time.
  12. I think its wonderful that in our hour of need our nearest neighbours are willing to help keep our club afloat by buying tickets to come and see us. When it happens to them in a sesaon or two I would like to think that we will be able to repay the favour....
  13. So let me get this right. Certain people are quite happy to stay in their seat but because the nasty policeman cam along with his doggy they all thought it made it a good idea to storm the pitch. Superb. And to all the people smashing up the advertising hoardings and whatever else they could get their hands on as souveniers, are you completely f ucking stupid? THe club is skint, broke, and you go and cost it more money. Inspired. Morons.
  14. Michael, for once in your life be a man and come on here and explain to us fans just what happened, and how you sat back and allowed it to happen. At least give us this courtesy, its the least you can do after riding in here full of false promises then buggering off just as quickly when it all went tits up. I doubt it matters much to a self confessed Liverpool supporter, but this our club you have royally arse ****ed, and we are still here trying to pick up the pieces long after you gone. You complete c u n t.
  15. He had his whole body in the swan. He was trying to get his knob in the barmaid, which is when the trouble started.
  16. I know someone who had an arm broken in The Swan. Does that count?

  18. Drive a bit further down the coast and visit the war graves at Omaha beach.
  19. Yeah, and we may not have a club to support next season! Bring it on!
  20. HOw about people turn up in their numbers like we have for the last two games and show any potential buyers what a great investment opportunity the club is, with a massive support base despite the league position.
  21. Don't think I can remember a keeper who has divided the fanbase like this guy. Personally I've stuck up for him since he came here. I've always thought he was a damn good keeper, and had it not been for that year at Sunderland he would still be in the prem somewhere. ( although I admit to saying a few words about him after THAT goal against QPR;) ). However I think this season he has been nothing short of magnificent, both in playing terms and in attitude. Being captain is never easy for a keeper but he has stuck at it with the added pressure it brings and for me is probably the only player who can come out of this season with his head held high. He has also won over the supporters who were calling for him to be dropped so vociferously. I'm guessing there is no way he will still be here next season (if there is a next season) and will hopefully end up in the premiership, as thats where he belongs. Cheers Super Kelv, all the best mate.
  22. Not enough:(
  23. Starbucks. Nearly the same, but in a non-alcoholic way
  24. I'm a cabbie
