It’s not the result so much as the performance "lacked heart, soul and spirit". The cup throws up the occasional surprise, however this was not one. I expected us to lose - I think a lot of us did. That is so depressing - we have fallen so far it’s just not funny. Without some fresh faces I can’t see a way out of this.

Why dont we do as Man City have done and now Newcastle (Have hired former football league chairman Keith Harris) and enrol the services of a Mr fix it to seal a sale? Seems other teams are sold very quickly, yet we are waiting and waiting and waiting. Surely someone could 'fixit' for us?

The fact that he is now one of our best players sums up just how far we have fallen. I see better players than him every saturday in the Bmth combo league - McG should be dropped and made to train with the reserves or kids (suppose he already is!)
