Apologies that I cannot meet the Uber Fan criteria seemingly advocated by some on here but I'm guessing my money will be as good as any other.

Had a season ticket in years 2003 - 2005 if that's an issue for you. The reason I stated I was confused by the graphical presentation of the seating plan was based upon my experience of buying ad hoc tickets over the last few seasons when work permitted. I thought the highest row in the Kingsland/ Northam Wing was KK however the seating plan would seem to suggest a revision of the rows.

Just booked on line but didn't get email confirmation nor confirmation booking number/reference just a word " Success" Also found the graphical seating plan completely confusing and cannot figure out if Row LL is mid height on the terrace or in the gods.
