I remember that being so odd at the time. Strachan never gave him a look in the league but played him in the cup final. I also remember (was it Burley?) playing him at centre-back in the championship and being unusually good in the air for somebody standing 5'9".

I thought the same thing. He joined in with first team training when Ralph joined, but I hadn't seen him in training pics for a few weeks since.

I so hope you are right! I'm expecting this one to be similar to the Palace game. (Hopefully they won't be as good).

I agree. Certainly an unusual move. Devils advocate: MK Dons are a bigger club & going for promotion though - Tisdale a good manager too.

Good point. Giving a 19 year old his debut away at Burnley shows the faith Ralph has in him too.

Agree & our problem is really that we really struggle to win games. We're much better under Ralph, but this game against Cardiff is one of archetypal teams who we struggle to beat at home.

As Shurlock mentioned above, strikingly similar to the Watford game where he felt it in the warm-up & injured it during the game. I'm not convinced he can play midweek games as well as the weekend ones.
