  2. Yeah, that's what I meant. Poor choice of words by me - I was saying we should rotate players in the Norwich game NOT the Burnley one.
  3. His recent experience in the dug-outs made him curious to go back to where the 1st ones were installed.
  4. Everton @Everton #WelcomeMorgan @SchneiderlinMo4!
  5. Interesting couple of stats: - Southampton have lost the most points when leading in the Premier League this season (14) but Burnley are the only side yet to gain a point when trailing. - Burnley have won 22 of their 23 points in the Premier League this season at Turf Moor (96%). 6. Since when has that changed Claude's rotation?
  7. No idea if he made a profit, but Milan Mandaric purchased enough clubs that I assume made him money.
  8. I would go: ------------Forster------------ Cedric Yoshida Virgil Bertrand ------------Romeu------------ -------JWP-----Hojbjerg------- Sims--------------------Tadic ----------Rodriguez----------- - I've only rotated 3 players: Redmond (as he ran some serious distance), Davo injured, Clasie stamina. - Burnley is the priority as any players left out are effectively being rested for Norwich. - I've kept Jay in as it's against his old club.
  9. WBA are NOT in for Gabbiadini. Source: http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-bom-transfers-clearing-up-12440722

  11. CHINA! Why does he want to go back to Marseille anyway? Apparently they bid £20m, which West Ham rejected and he throw his toys out the pram.
  12. Southampton FC ‏@SouthamptonFC Puel on transfers: "We know it's a difficult window in January, but we will stay focused to see if we can find an opportunity." #saintsfc
  13. Southampton FC ‏@SouthamptonFC Puel says @StevenDavis8 has a knock and will be assessed, but the #SaintsFC boss has no other new injuries:
  14. Quite rightly, when you look how other teams have done after a takeover. I think (without knowing anything) I always imagined it might be 60/40% share with Kat and my hope was that they would look to develop the land around St Mary's.
  15. I need somebody intelligent to tell me if Lander are minted or not? I agree.
  16. *PLEASE* let them be good owners if this is true.
  17. It is very much the fear. His original 3 year deal deal was slightly unusual too. We normally do 4 year contracts.
  18. Oriol Romeu was a misfit at both Barcelona and Chelsea but shrewd Southampton have found key to unlocking talent honed at La Masia: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/article-4112796/Oriol-Romeu-misfit-Barcelona-Chelsea-shrewd-Southampton-key-unlocking-talent-honed-La-Masia.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490
  19. Has your source been right before?
  20. It gets better... PAYET 'REFUSING TO PLAY' Bilic went on to explain Payet has no plans to play for West Ham against Crystal Palace this weekend - and fears he has already been sounded out by another club. He added: "We have said hundreds of times we don't want to sell our best players. He's definitely our best player. That's why we gave him a long contract - and then a new contract four months later. "I phoned him with that and he refused to play for us. I have a team to manage. He's probably been tapped up by some clubs or whatever. That is usual at this time of year. "Until he changes his attitude, he is out of the team and he's not going to train with us - but we are not going to sell him, not whatsoever."

  22. PAYET 'DOESN'T WANT TO PLAY' Bilic also tells reporters his star player Dimitri Payet - a scorer of so many impressive goals since he arrived from Marseille two summers ago - doesn't want to play for West Ham. He said: "We have said we don't want to sell our best players but Dimitri Payet does not want to play for us. We are not going to sell him. "I spoke to the chairman and this is not a money issue. We gave him a long contract because we want him to stay."
