  1. The only good thing about Charlie being out is that we will at least all know whether Jay still has it or not, because unless he gets injured, he is going to loads of game time now.
  2. Not to mention both Liverpool & Barca win the ball incredibly high up the pitch. We don't do that, we tend to sit-off off them.
  3. Shown here using the team that played during that 2nd half, with the front players rotating - I reckon that's pretty good. (& fits in with some of the players on the bench too). ---------------Forster--------------- Martina---Fonte---Virgil---McQueen ----------Romeu---Clasie---------- JWP----------Boufal-------Redmond -------------Rodriguez--------------

  5. Unfortunately, I agree.
  6. Think that one is inevitable. Utd won't put up any fight to keep him & Everton need to replace Barry & McCarthy is seemingly surplus to requirements.
  7. Lallana / Shaw / Chamberlain / Theo / Bale / Chambers?
  8. Craig Fleming said that Smallbone only came on as sub because he featured for the U23's the other day. Not bad for a 16 year old.
  9. There's another midfielder at Utd who's out of favour that I would prefer
  10. My new favourite is 'Lucidity'

  12. Did they stream the game? Damn. I missed that.
  13. Smallbone's goal is some hit! Not the 1st Long ranger he's hit by the looks either.
  14. Yeah, he got injured in February. Striker options looking plentiful in the U23's. Seager & Barnes now back to join Olomola who's done well by himself this season.
  15. sambosa75 must be pretty proud tonight. I noticed Rowthorn started (& won) at Old Trafford
  16. @Ryan_Seager: Unbelievably happy to be back in full training now, it's been too long!!⚽️ #Imback#Saintsfc ^ Great news - very pleased for him.
  17. Cracking result! (At Old Trafford too!)
  18. Also, Klopp is bemoaning his attacking bench options anyway, so he's not going to let anyone leave IMO. Ings could have been an option if he was fit though as he would have been nowhere near the starting XI.
  19. Generally we are pretty good in January. It's the Summer that the drawbridge collapses.

  21. I agree. The Everton tempo is what we need. I also remember us battering Swansea for periods too. (But only won both games 1-0).
  22. STOKE TEAM NEWS Mark Hughes hopes to have the likes of Jonathan Walters and Ryan Shawcross back for Stoke's home meeting with Southampton. He said: "We've got a few bumps from the weekend. Muniesa got a bang on his knee so we'll get that checked. Johnson's got a bit of a problem with his eye and other than that, we don't anticipate we'll lose any more players."
  23. Nice work
  24. Maybe Pass The Dutchie can check on that compared to last season.
  25. “Matt Targett has had surgery and will stay out for three or four months." Source: https://southamptonfc.com/news/2016-12-12/claude-puel-team-news-pre-stoke-city-southampton-premier-league
