Yup, matches with a report I read about him earlier: Predominantly playing as a secondary striker, he can also operate as an attacking midfielder or a left winger. At just 5 ft 6 1/2 in and 63 kg, Juanmi has a slight frame but possesses excellent ball control, has great dribbling ability and lightning acceleration. As you would expect from a Spanish youngster, he is technically strong, has good vision and is a good passer of the ball. This season Juanmi has also added a great work rate to his game and is relentless in his pressing, this has led to defensive mistakes and has created numerous goal scoring opportunities, as seen with his goals against Barcelona and Levante.

We understand Brendan Rodgers' side are yet to make an official approach, but there is strong interest in 18-year-old centre back. Arsenal, Aston Villa and Man City Spurs have also been watching Gomez, who Charlton value up to £7 million.

The R's front man is currently away on international duty with England and a fee is yet to be agreed between the two clubs. Here's hoping that happens and then that Clyne finally signs that new deal. -
Think they blame Big Sam for his drop in form.

They certainly do love to talk - Have you seen their Boleyn Insider? It's a bit like an extended "Jack Sullivan tweet" where they actually talk about stuff that's going on with transfers behind the scenes. http://www.whufc.com/News/Articles/2015/June/10-June/Boleyn-Insider

HAMMERS AIM TO SIGN SONG West Ham joint-chairman David Sullivan says the club are trying to secure a deal for Alex Song. Song spent the season on loan with the Hammers from Barcelona but his future remains uncertain with a year left on his deal at the Nou Camp. “I can assure you we have not given up on Alex Song yet,” Sullivan told the West Ham website. “Before Christmas Alex was outstanding and if we believe we can get him back to that sort of form and maybe with a new manager we can, we would very much like Alex to come. “We are very thin on the ground with midfielders. You do get injuries and you need back-up. We have got Europe and other games that we want to win.”
