There is no point pontificating about what might have happened or how well we have done up to this point, the simple fact is that this will probably be our best chance of promotion to the promised land for years, so we should grab this opportunity by the balls well we can, With this knowledge in mind our recent run of poor form is disappointing to say the least, and I feel our defence has become too fragile, our midfield non existent and our forward play too reliant on Rickie. Also We didn't test the Middlesbrough keeper at all today in what was in all intents and purposes a must win game, which is uber disappointing, so can you all honestly say that the recent run of form fills you with confidence?

The warped part of me thinks I would rather Reading won tonight as its then less likely they will on Friday. My reckoning is that if Reading lose tonight, then they have so much more focus for Fridays game as that could be the be all and end all of their season. If that makes any sense?
