and that's bad becuase? Look sharp out scored J-rod last season so he must have something about him. I've only watched J-rod against Wednesday in the cup and he looked OK against a poor championship side.

Does Lallana need dropping to give him a kick up the backside?

Yes, despite the song he isn't better than Messi, he is up against some very good players in the PL. I think we've come to expect him to pull something special out of the bag when ever we need it not as easy to do in the PL as it is in the champ or league 1. -
Is that you.. turkish? Really though you're embarressed becuase we don't sell out? Who gives a f uck we are a provincial football club we've never been massive. The PL is a plie off over priced turd you can watch on the telly I'm surprised anyone sells out at todays prices.

ahh but think of all the money saved by not letting the new PR dollies watch 70 minutes of the match for free.....
-
Depending on how the injuries look to our other rightbacks Danny might be getting some 1st team action after all......
-
Well I doubt there are many who want him sacked.... but last time I looked hiring and firing managers wasn't the job of the supporters........
-
Were they really knackered? ..what happened to the super fit team of the last few seasons then? One of strengths in the last couple of season was our fitness during the busy two match a week periods. Why are our players know knackered after 70mins on a one match a week peroid?

So that's a midfield of Chaplow, Ward-prowse and Davis with a front three of Adam, Rickie and Mayuka for today?

I won't be going my sons tyro league football game clashes with the saints game and quite frankly watching my son and his mates (5 wins out of 5 +33 goal difference) is a lot more fun and a lot cheaper than watching saints get beaten again at the moment. TBH I never expected us to sell out in the PL anyway so I don't really get the weekly gnashing of teeth and hair pulling that goes on every week about attendences. The PL is expensive and from my point of view doesn't really offer anything for the average football fan over lower league football....but that's just me.

Some Tweets Saying We Have Borrowed Against Future Season Ticket Sales
doddisalegend replied to Gemmel's topic in The Saints
That's probably a fair assesment. I think it's justifible for people to be a little concerned given our recent history and our chairmans, as highlighted earlier in this thread, comments about debt...but as the details are pretty sparse on what the club has done I don't think we can panic yet. -

was it? I could have sworn it was Leon who sanctioned the big spend.................still barmy club chairmen of that era do kind of merge together in the memory -
Wondered if they charged him an admin fee for posting the letter..........

Another angle http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19843719 Mr Nyingi, 84, a father of 16, said he was arrested in 1952 and detained for about nine years. In one incident in 1959 he said he was beaten unconscious and still bears marks from leg manacles, whipping and caning. "I have brought this case because I want the world to know about the years I have lost and what was taken from a generation of Kenyans, he said Mr Nzili, 85, said he was stripped, chained and castrated shortly after being arrested in 1957. "I felt completely destroyed and without hope," he said Ms Mara, 73, said she was 15 when she was raped at a detention camp. "I want the British citizens of today to know what their forefathers did to me and to so many others. These crimes cannot go unpunished and forgotten," she said

You should sue for unfair dismissal and the obvoius anguish and stress you seem to have suffered everyday since this terrible incident ....if you win you might end up with Gaston as your house boy...........

Used to live up the road from me when I was a kid... used to play with his kids. Always remember him being a really nice bloke (and having a bit of a crush on his wife ).

Maybe they've found a use for our out of favour players? Why buy a programme from some guy you don't know when you can buy a programme from Ryan Dickison, SDR or an injuried Lee Barnard after all Kelvin needs something to do on match days now.
-
I always buy a programme on matchdays my son likes to collect them and it gives me something to read at halftime and on the train home. I don't own a smart phone or a tablet plus a collectoin of PDFs doesn't sound the same. Still the face of modern football I suppose.......

The slight issue being you can't guarantee that bit..... -
The problem is once you get to the PL you have to pay your programme sellers PL wages ...the club has already had to get a loan to cover the cost of PL level programme sellers the club had to act........

Spot on for me -
I have to agree with that bit. I have no way of knowing what the police do and don't know but always think peoples identities should be kept out of the press when ever possible (I'm sure there might be occasional good reasons to realese this info) until a verdict has been reached in a court of law.
