I dont think you're being over optimistic about playing Pompey, just optimistic. Pompey will be a CCC club, but we are still not good enough to guarantee promotion yet. Survival was the aim this year. I am content that we're not relegating to League 1 after the damage done by Lowe and Wotte. But, there IS a chance... a slim chance we could do this. I hope we do as I think Pompey will be League 1 the season after next and we'll miss them again as we rise to the CCC!!

Our owner is doing what many owners are not - honouring his promises and backing the club in players and infrastructure. Why be woried? We're one of the wealthiest clubs in the Football League and Premiership.... our investments are peanuts compared to Premiership ones from owners far less wealthy. We are well on the way up - great owner.

"I have come to this club to play in the .........Bar........ and to also win the .....pool championship, but no-one likes me, by the way................ The next signing is set to be from Manchester ...not Holland or from any of my businesses........... With their owners run out of money. Southampton finished ...when I had done my final Dutch total football crap and I left them.... In league one last year meaning they are .....rubbish with youth players........... Could be anyone to be honest! A player not doing as well as he could be... could be any player not on the bench and/or playing regularly at CCC or Premiership level. Nice to see our signings and targets are Prem/CCC players though. A refreshing air of ambition is back in this club. This club is back.

I disagree. There's more to a football club than just football. Saints represent our City and that alone induces pride to look for new ownership. Pompey will survive for the same reason, a little lower in the league and a tadge poorer methinks but they will survive in the same way Saints always were going to when Barclays evicted Rupert Lowe.

To be fair, even Barclays Bank could see Lowe was just leading us into another relegation - and I am talking about the one from League 1 to League 2 that wouldve happened had Lowe and Wotte stayed.
