Indeed, a good point Steve. Makes us even more saleable. A small godsend from Barclays humiliation of Lowe AKA administration. I think Pinnacle are dead unless the other buyers withdraw now. Looks more like face saving from MF to me. For a man who wanted to stay in the background until exposed he may just be trying to regain some respect. Still, I would love to see MLT involved in some capacity. We so badly need the feel good factor to survive in League 1 this season. I fear we may not be as patient with Wotte when he starts to fail again. I believe MLT wanted rid of him too. I need to change the record though... Wotte's offer of a year in charge has sent me over the anger-edge! Personally, I have more respect for Pinnacle for trying than Dave Jones and the previous board for keeping on Wotte.

See I think both have potential. But, when you have lions led by an orange goat never will it be fulfilled.

Wow! Wotte gets a 28 year old... who's from Belguim and never played in league 1. But, lets hope he's better than the other high calibre players he's personally attracted to Saints.

I agree 100%. He was not good in the end. What's more he'd have needed 6 years of funding to achieve anything, whereas many other managers WHO ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE wouldnt. Better than Wotte, but not good.

LOL! You're right. Just find it so frustrating Gordon that the previous board think they can appoint people on year long contracts who frankly aren't wanted. Only loyalty being shown may be from Jones and Lowe in giving their friend Wotte a nice handshake from the new board when they sack him. Also, why has Wotte not taken up the long list of other 'interested' teams that have offered him a job apprently? Loyalty? Really? Methinks its because no other team HAS offered him a job. Anyway running on silent now, you're right, said enough on behalf of the silent majority.
