Quite. I find hypo about as irritating as athletes foot but he is harmless. If his posts bothered me I would put him on ignore. His obsession with deppo was beyond sad and for me was more worthy of a kick up the arse than his repeated thread starting. In any event, neither he nor deppo deserved to be banned. Please mods, step in when and if posters are racist, homophobic, threaten violence etc. Otherwise please kick back and stop reacting like over zealous prefects.

I thought that the rumours thread was pointless but it seems that there are many that think otherwise. I think a poll is needed. Run it for 24 hours or so and go with what the majority want.

You appear to have missed the point of the op. The stupid thread will be replaced by new threads on a player by player basis. The fact that there is nothing new yet indicates that nothing new is happening. However, if the original thread was still running all sorts of rubbish would have been posted. Good suggestion on the op and a sensible decision imo.

Hypo merely posted what he saw elsewhere.. That's not inflammatory.

I can't believe that there are 40+ posts arguing why the bloke left/was sacked/abducted by aliens or whatever. None of the contributors have got a clue what happened and why. I'm convinced that this site must be populated by single agoraphobics who have zero hobbies or interests.
