If we were able to get away without playing a DM next to Hojbjerg then we wouldn't be getting rid of Lemina. It's Romeu or preferably a new signing. Personally I wouldn't mind JWP/Djenepo behind Redmond/Adams during Ings' inevitable injury periods.

It'd be nice but I can't see them lowering their £30m valuation too much, especially considering they'll be getting money in from Jansson/Roofe as well.

The fact that it's United, Arsenal and Leicester enquiring for him is probably an indication that it could be a reflection on the poor players he's been surrounded with, kind of similar to Tadic. Would be happy if we could get anything upwards of £22m for him though, but would definitely be disappointed if it's the £15m being initially rumoured.

Yeah. If we could shift him and use the money to bring in a proper Romeu replacement like Phillips I'd be happy. Lemina doesn't quite fit into the formation and the DM to partner Hojbjerg is probably our weakest position at the minute apart from CB.

He can't be that great if he's going to Brentford.

Gunn Valery - Bednarek - NEW - Bertrand Hojbjerg - NEW Redmond - Djenepo Ings - Adams Don’t personally rate Ings but this would be an alright looking team to start the season with. Need a proper DM next to PEH though.

If we can get £20m+ for Austin and Targett we'd have done pretty well I'd say.

Wolves hitting Rondon's £16.5m release clause apparently. Would like to think we'd be able to rival them to be our first choice rather than their second, but probably not. No real reason why he'd choose us over Newcastle any more either. Didn't realise Che Adams was only 5'9 as well, wouldn't mind us having someone up top alongside him who can actually hold a ball up/win a header.

Really surprised the club haven't rounded it off to a million tonight. A little disappointed.

I honestly don't think anyone in our squad has done enough to justify a move. Hojbjerg and Redmond are the only two who arguably play above our level and I can't even imagine them having teams lining up to buy. I'd be happy with Gunn, McCarthy, Vestergaard, Bednarek, Bertrand, Valery, Ings, Romeu, JWP, Lemina, Redmond and Hojbjerg in the 18 next season. Boufal, Targett, Sims and Obafemi also having a chance to prove themselves in pre-season. Anyone else I wouldn't even blink at them leaving.

Redmond in for Armstrong and anyone in the world in for Stephens and I'd have really liked this team. Elyounoussi needs the chance in a more attacking set-up and it'd be great if we could get Lemina/Hojbjerg working.

Best I've seen us play in a long time, absolutely dominating them. Hopefully we don't do our usual and somehow turn this into a nervy game, we should smash them.

Nah I'm with you on that. It was great to see him play well but I still don't think he gets into our best team right now if everyone's fit, let alone next season with hopeful reinforcements.
