Nah, Reading are the best team in the land at the moment. An unstoppable juggernaut who will win every game until the end of the season which means we can't possibly drop any points from here on in. Forget about the fact that Reading were pretty bad Earlier in the season and have an avergage side on paper. we've only been top two all season so we should rightly be worried about them sailing past us. It's only a matter of time.

But our defence has been top class over the last few games so can't really begrudge a mistake too much. Re Sharp, it is amazing how there was this huge clamour about him when he signed but it's actually Lee who's made the biggest impact so far.....many were not expecting much from him. Makes you wonder if the sharp signing was necessary after all, especially if we do go up. Can't see him leading our line with Lambert if we do go up in any case.

It's only Reading FFS. They are on an amazing run but they will drop points like everyone else. We always seem to make out other teams to be some kind of unstoppable footballing powerhouse. The truth is, if you're up competing at the top of the league which we have been for two seasons now, you're surrounded by good sides who win more than they lose. As of today we are the best team in the league on merit so we shouldn't worry about others.

I agree, Lambert is our best player no doubt.

Don't give a monkeys what he says in his interviews to be fair, must be tedious for any manager to face the same questions week in week out. I think he's very tatical and deliberate in everything he says even if it sounds a little gibberish. At least he is always polite and pleasant which is more than can be said of most other managers.

Who suggested the likes of Hooper and Sharp in the last transfer window? Reed or Adkins who has a history and relationship with both players in the past? There is probably instances of players being suggested to NA but I think this is commonplace in a lot of modern day set ups.

Adkins probably told Reed to tell Jewell to **** off! There is obviously some kind of process and communication between the two re transfer in and out for them to have a working relationship. Not sure what point this snippet of info supposedly makes!?

NA will play Guly IMO, either right mid or up top with Lambert. Big favourite of his, especially at home. Have a feeling Sharp may have to wait his turn again.

I don't think Harding is a better defender. Fox shows his back a little too much for my liking but Harding is rash and losses his man at the back post far too often.

Don't go there very often at all which is good considering I can see one from my living room window and is a 20 second walk away. A post morning surf double sausage and egg mcmuffin does go down well occasionally as well as the double cheeseburgers which are greasy and disgusting but also ****ing delicious.

How did you work that one out? The thread is about who set up Lamberts first goal, which was resolved after the first couple of posts. If anything you derailed it by mentioning your "coincedental" run ins with some of the players. Many twists and turns to come with many unexpected results for all the teams still in the running. This league has shown time and time again to be unpredictable so I don't think anyone can say it's their hands at this stage. One thing for sure though, it will be a skid mark producing run in.
