Who cares really? Anyone with any sense or knowledge would appreciate that we have a history of producing excellent young players and there has been numrous articles and references to our academy in the wider press. In relation to Ox or anyone else, don't expect people to be talking about what he did with us in League 1 now that he is playing prem/champions league football and most likely will be a full International soon.

Bit harsh to judge him on the events at Scunny. They really are a tiny club with vey limited resources. They would always be punching above their weight in the championship. I think NA has show this year that he's capable of signing players in key positions and then slowly integrating into the team. Hammond at the moment is a case in point... Captain of the team all of last season and start of this and now is being phased out by Morgan and Cork. I think he knows how and when to improve the team.

Remember it's been a tough year for him for obvious reasons and now he has to settle with a lot of expectations on his shoulders. The lad deserves plenty of time to get things sorted both physically and mentally .

He's a sprinter who can rarely cross or shoot.

How can anyone complain about this? He clearly said "****ing black ****". Regardless of the context, I and I hope most people have been able to go their whole lives without needing to say that. The whole England squad needs an overall, starting with Terry. The guys is a knob and clearly a divisive individual within the camp. How can he be captain?

Fair enough, just speaking from personal experience and it's also the case that top athlete's (those who train daily) aren't in such good a health as many would believe. Providing you feel that you're getting enough rest and fuel between sessions I'm sure you'll be fine. To anyone training regularly, I'd also recommend not feeling too guilty should you have a week off every now and then. It allows the body to recover and any little niggles to repair.

I surf as often as I can but in flat spells I do circuit traning. Combination of cardio and strength and conditioning using body weight over pumping iron. Also play in a 5 a side once a week and due to the appaling fitness of my team mates, have to cover a lot of ground! I also have a dog which requires at least 2 hours excercise a day so shared with the girlfriend, at least an hours walk a day. As I'm now approaching 30 I'm being drawn to Yoga and would like to give it a try but I fear I may fart.
