As for mickey mouse trophy.....well any trophy is better than no trophy. And Wembley is a nice place to watch football too. Misery guts.
-
Yes absolutely I would...the team still needs to gel. As much time together in a match situation is exactly what they need. You can't be fearful and worry about injury every game...if that wad the case, only bring lambert out against Leeds, Charlton etc just so he's definitely fit for those games. You could rest players for this game, and they could trip over the dog at home, fall down the stairs, anything. Strong team, no matter what game it is.

The next time I go to SMS I'm gonna tell them I have a bad back and need a lovely soft seat with arm rests, and the seat next to Marcus will do fine! ;-)
-
So you won't go to Wembley if we reach the final then?!
-
You're not thinking about this intelligently at all. To open the itchen corner would require more stewards, more police etc, which costs money. Which is pointless for the club when you can get just as good a view from anywhere else in the ground, and especially when it's only a relatively small number of people who actually care that they can't sit in blocks 1-3.

damn sight more realistic chance of winning this than the fa cup then!
-
I HOP you have fun at the game! Boom boom
-
The chances are I know the guy! My coach teaches a load of nationwide players based in California! PM me!
-
Californian? What was his name? I spend a lot of time in California....in fact I'm flying out tomorrow!
-
I agree....although it's a funny one. First half, I thought Wotton wasn't good at all, and after that half, I would have said '"put Schneiderlin straight back in", but he was much better in the second half. I do like Schneiderlin though...very good when he's on it
-
More eloquent than me haha
-
Very well put....what I've been saying but more eloquently put
-
You're absolutely right....my response was born out of pure irritation down to a pathetic dig from someone who knows absolutely **** all what he's talking about.
-
Sorry but **** off dull days you ghey sailor. No mark golfer.....I'll make more money in the next 5 years than you will have made you entire life.
-
I wasn't even necessarily aiming my dig at negative posters directly at you anyway - there are others on here also who I was aiming at. I think you also have your fair share of aggression - the torrent of abuse you have thrown at Pardew, Lallana, Schneiderlin and others over the past few weeks was unnecessary. It may have not felt unnecessary to you at the time, but I think certainly Pardew and Lallana are starting to prove now that it was unnecessary. You and others need to be less quick to jump into the criticism - sit back, look at the bigger picture, identify whether there truly is some responsibility that lies on someone's shoulders, rather than trying to find someone to blame. Because sometimes (Tuesday being a prime example), there isn't always someone to blame. Anyway, in the nicest possible way, I hope to not hear from you on here for a little while. Your wife and kids need you a lot more than I do right now. I'll cope fine here without you for a while Hope it all works out ok. COYR
-
If that's the case, then why do you come on here and whinge like hell when things aren't going well? By the way, I hope your missus is ok, sincerely. You might think I'm a d1ck, but I'm not.
-
3 pages of reaction after we win, 5,6,7 or 8 pages when we lose. Where are the whinge bags tonight?! Pathetic.
-
give over, we won 4-1. some people are never happy
-
Oops, yep, that too!! And I'm a member of the grammar police too. Slap wrists!
-
Isn't it amazing.......a 4-1 win and we've got 1 and a half pages of comments. After we lost on Tuesday we must have had 4 or 5 pages within 3 hours of the end of the match, everyone b1tching and moaning. And people have a go at me when I get on the back of some posters for being negative and complaining all the time!!! That's my little rant for tonight over! Gillingham weren't great, but we made them look rubbish. Lambert is awesome, Lallana is pretty darn good too, Papa is going to be quality with a bit more experience in this league, Hammond was industrious, Wotton was OK - he backed off and didn't stick his foot in in the lead up to their goal, but he was much more aggressive in the second half. Jaidi is awesome!
-
I think it's a 4-2-3-1 formation, like this: ----------------Lambert---------------- Lallana----------Melis------------Papa ------Wotton-------------Hammond---- -----------------Defence-----------------
-
Don't blame yourself....I'm just lightening quick
-
Morgan was injured. Not sure about Mills though!
-
But don't we have a love in with Southend fans? There might as well be no police there at all because we'll all be hugging and kissing after the game!
