We need to get up to have the opertunity to build an exciting team, which I think we're capable of doing. Look at what Norwich and Swansea have achived, if we made it and did as well as them I'd be bloody loving it.

Because Guly isn't actually that bad, and he enables us to be very dynamic tactically and in our formations. Gives NA more options if it isn't working, and he still has Billy on the bench. Not surprised at all, I simply don't think Billy is fit enough or dynamic enough at the mo to play the way NA wants us to play.

That specific 11 have produced some amazing displays this year, reminds me of the teams which have taken apart Boro, Brum at home etc. It's got a good feel about it. Lots of movement on and off the ball, should be quite a dynamic/fluid formation. That's why I don't think Billy is starting.

Don't blame him. He wouldn't earn any more (As he would have been a loan, and still under the wage of his parent club) and he'd get very few games. He could possibly be sat as a sub for the rest of the year if he moved to any of those.

True, unless they're just responding via some sort of web-form. TBH even if they have reasons for their bad English, they really shouldn't have been given a job responding to emails to people who fork out a serious amount of $$$$. It makes the club look very amateur.

Doubt it. Would be surprised to see any new additions what so ever. Anyone else just bogs the squad down for no reason. We have Jaidi, Martin, Jos and Fonte as our CB's. (Dan is also back in training)

It took him a while to find and adapt to his 'position'. Credit to our coaching staff for maximizing his influence on our team.

To be honest, we can spend so much time analsying points per game, averages, form, other teams run-ins etc - but so much changes in a second in this league. Reading brushing everyone away, 8 wins in a row, yet slip up at Doncaster where you'd least expect them to. Just take one game at a time, I'd still say with pretty good confidence that a target of 85+ points will see you promomted. Let's just aim for that ourselves.

In fact, Readings next 7 games look horrendous on paper... Barnsley away, P'Boro away, Blackpool home, WHU away, Leeds home, Brighton away, Southampton away. They will drop plenty of points there.
