Dalek makes sense with some things he posts, then ruins any credibility with some utterly stupid statements - that I can only assume are done in jest, because surely someone can't be that stupid to believe that tosh?

He's quality. Lacks a bit of strength at times and can be out muscled, but he does try and get stuck in whatever - and has some fantastic ability on the deck, some of the skill he used to get out of a tight spot last night at one stage was sublime.

but they'd leap frog into 2nd, and west ham would be third 3 points behind.

Any idea's which clubs have had a look? Still think for this reason alone, that it's pretty important we try and get up this year or we face a really unsettling summer with most of our lads linked elsewhere.

tbf if we'd have got a decent total this month (i.e 10 from 15 which should have been achievable) then we would have been 8 or 9 points clear at the top. frustrating! but relieved at the same time..

It's been a great year, and I doubt many envisaged this year would be as good when we lost at home to Brentford last year. But we've grown as a team so quickly and for the first time in a long time as fans we have a real connection with alot of the players, they aren't just here today gone tomorrow types, it all feels like one big team. We ended the year on a bit of a slump, but this time next year who's to say we won't be looking at the premiership results hoping games go for us, before our evening KO? football is a funny old game and things can change very very quickly.

Really odd statement. He did great for sunthorpe, he didn't hit the brick wall, the club hit the brick wall because they could sustain it. Look at where they are now? a poor L1 side....he did a marvelous job for them, and to say Adkins hit a brick wall is silly - it was the club which wasn't geared to go any further than they did.

I'm sure any work permit stuff was sorted out and investigated long before we even offered him a deal.

He could give us something a bit extra, but I think he's burnt his bridges with Adkins and Crosby after his bust up with them. He'll probably go at some stage, hopefully not on loan again....!
