he's been on the bench most of the season, up until their last league game on Saturday.
-
they're usually right either way tbf. + ward is not in the cov team. tonight if this doesn't happen now, there will be alot of red faces. including mine.
-
i believe it'll be in the region of 250-300k.
-
Great signing! obviously caught up in the snow, he was meant to sign last Tuesday
-
Seabourne is a left sided CB - exeter fans don't really rate him. the general comments on their forums are -- ''more money than sense?'' ''why would southampton want him?'' ''have they run out of CB's or something?'' jury's out for me, haven't ever seen him play though tbf.

unearthed this on 606, not posted by our fans, but posted by a forest fan on their board http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A61732721 i also heard that we were interested in him in the summer, and there was another link with him a few weeks back. might be something in this...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A61715108 you'd have thought he would get bored replying.... oh and on another topic, a forest fan posted saying he's heard rumours of Nathan Tyson coming down to us. fwiw i heard we were after him in the summer. (and then there was another link with him a few weeks ago)

it's garbage, not sure how they get away with it. apparently this is on for 13 nights as well. wooooo..! tbh if anything i bet the ghosts are sat around in the corner laughing at them lot.
-
i had a look on the PNE forums last night and that was the opinion of about 90% of them too. will be a cracking signing.

you don't need anything special to get out of L1, no disrespect to the teams - but Blackpool/Scunphorpe etc have proven that over the years. What we're doing though is building a team that will compete at the right end of the CCC too. It's all well and good getting out of this legaue, but the money we're spending suggests we want to go straight into the promotion race of the CCC too. So although our outlay this season may be large - it will probably be less over the next few years, as our team will already be full of the right amount of quality to compete.
-
i think we will get both - you can never have too much quality
-
betting suspended on some sites apparently. not sure why Burnley want him tbf, he still has alot to prove at this level yet.
-
i'd be amazed - but i'd have said the same if this was a link to Jose Fonte before we'd signed him! it's obvious that we have some real weight behind our interest now. Fonte, Stock, Danns, Ward...Jackson? amazing if it all happens.
-
tbf i can't see QPR giving any money to Paul hart this window. already been reported that they're looking for ''replacements'' - screwed club.
-
Pard's said that in his solent interview last night, saying that he is very worried that he's had no offers for some of our players and it could stop him bringing in new players. I'd guess he's mainly talking about Saga...but probably Holmes, maybe Thomo now as well. Surley we can just offer a mutal termination to saga's contract? He's never ever going to play for us again and i doubt anyone in england will touch him.
-
pard's said they'll be back on tuesday. Maybe no announcements to the middle of next week.
-
They left for spain last night - Fonte has been in Southampton since friday, so i'd guess that's given him enough time to collect a few bits and fly out as well. Would be surprised if he didn't tbf.

I hope Murty can stay fit when he comes back, he's our best RB when he plays. It's not a bad team at all - but we'll need to find a place to play Stock he'd walk into the team. I think Pard's favored formation is the 4-5-1/4-3-3 - this is the formation we have played the best football in and have looked exciting. We had wotton playing the holding role for us - but i can see morgan excelling in that role, as a ''Pirlo'' type deep sitting playmaker. With Hammond and Stock driving from midfield to the edge of the box, it has the makings of a very functional and consistent midfield - which is something we're crying out for.
-
''we dont have half our ground close cause we cannot afford to police it !'' no, they don't close half their ground - they just don't pay the police anyway. morons.
-
Agreed, the fact hardings conceded more down his side is due to our lack of a real left sided player in front of him. Lallana has improved massively in the last month in that side of his game though.
-
thanks for that, i think im now back ITK.
-
oh yeah - forgot about that. Guess we'll have to wait until the middle of next week to find out.
-
well you were right about the first one.. wasn't your 2n'd bit of info regarding us getting Matty Fraytt? that would be amazing.
-
it doesn't seem to have been as ''strong'' as the stock and fonte links. you never know though.
