they've just rehashed reports from the Mirror, the south london echo and clubcall etc. Nothing new at all unfort - the echo aren't ITK due to their ban from St Mary's anyway.

Pard's has got a great job here, it's clear that the ambition and the funds he has to play with is fantastic. We're being linked with top top championship players ffs. he's not going to get that flexibility anywhere else, he's here to stay.

im pretty sure the default location is the blackberry it's self just had a look at mine to make sure and i have no contacts on my sim, just on the phone. so the best thing to do first is to try a new battery i guess....!
-
why did you need to do a soft reboot? did you do some sort of firmware/software update? if so, the firmware/OS on the device may be screwed. first off - download and run the latest firmware install on the PC from the blackberry/RIM website (do this before plugging it in, make sure you have blackberry desktop manager installed too...) https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do;jsessionid=6596241065E9EE2A40A53BE902E1E0C1.node1 then plug the blackberry into your PC via USB and install/run this app - http://www.blackberryfreaks.com/JL_Cmder.html set it to wipe the device, that will completely clear the OS from the blackberry and then you can use the desktop manager to connect to the device and upload the firmware you installed earlier. bear in mind though, if you haven't done any backups - you'll loose any custom settings/custom applications/call logs/sms texts/stored emails etc. I support blackberries in my job and that JL_CMder is brilliant for fixing seemingly dead devices. the 8310's seem to be the worst culprits...

Some views from palace fans - ''Thanks Jose. It's been a pleasure watching you play.'' ''I am not sure anyone outside the premier league needs to sign many players over the million mark. If southampton cannot put together a team that would get them up into the championship without spending like this then they deserve to be in administration again. I am trying to think of the last player we got in for more than 1.5 million that turned out to be worth it. Stinks of unimaginative short sighted management to me.'' ''NO NO NO!!! FFS KEEP JOSE!!! I'D RATHER SEE THE BACK OF DAVIS THAN LOSE ONE OF THE DIVISIONS BEST DEFENDERS!!!'' "Have to agree with everyone else on here - if he left it would be a near disaster. He's been the backbone of our defence this season and the best central defender we've had for quite some time.'' (i love this post) ''why wouldn't fonte want to sign for the soton? They are on the up, the club is turning around its financial woes, they are starting to work there way up the league and I wouldn't be surprised if they made it up this season. or fonte could stay here, a cash strapped club which is being forced to sell its best young assets to keep a alot for the next 6 months with no realistic chance of being purchased by new investors and who could be battling relegation (if we go into admin) come the end of this season? I would love him to stay but if we get 1.5mill he will be off and good luck to him.''

we've not got much momentum atm tbf, we've stuttered a bit over xmas if anything - for me, this break is a bonus.

Well in a way, im glad we're not just throwing wages at players to get them here. He is one of palace's high earners, so you'd guess he'd want even more money to drop to L1...
-
Current L1 games off - Brighton OFF Brentford, 15:00 Bristol Rovers OFF Stockport, 15:00 Charlton OFF Hartlepool, 15:00 Gillingham OFF Tranmere, 15:00 MK Dons OFF Swindon, 15:00 Oldham OFF Leyton Orient, 15:00 Southampton OFF Huddersfield, 15:00 Yeovil OFF Colchester, 15:00 only one that looks likely to go ahead is the Norwich/Exeter game - dependent on Exeter getting there that is. there's a few that haven't been called off yet - but are likely to be by the end of friday.
-
I doubt many games in L1 or L2 will go ahead. I wouldn't be suprised to see a complete weekend fixture wipeout.
-
Is Gillett still destined to be an england international? i must admit, the more you post the more i think you're on a wind up.
-
They're going to get away with it aren't they. always had a feeling they would. although...............their announcements are never ''fool proof''
-
The PL just want to get rid of them, if they stay up though it will open up a can of worms similar to the Tevez/Sheffield United scenario.
-
they've failed to pay their players AGAIN today news on the BBC Sport ticker ''ortsmouth fail to pay players' delayed December wages on Wednesday''
-
probably not duff, but i guess maybe a bit misguided on time frames- still believe it will happen though. the fact we've heard nothing from any other club is a plus.
-
being used as a makeweight in the brian stock transfer if rumours are to be believed.
-
You cannot compare it really, a divison apart. Viafara/Claus/Skacel/Bale/Baird/Alex/Rasiak/Saganowski (on form..)/Surman world apart in terms of quality IMO. let's not get carried away....with this current team we would struggle along in the bottom half of the champ.
-
sensational if true, can only assume gillett is being used as a makeweight. this kid is a top championship midfielder ffs, it's crazy that we can attract him.

From 606, but ties up with what i have heard tbh. (Fee is probably a little lower than what they say here) ''Southampton are reported to have held talks with Coventry City Defender, Elliott Ward, with a view to complete a deal worth £900'000. Ward, who was valued at £1.5m, is looking to complete a move in time for the weekend visit of Huddersfield. Speaking about Ward, Coleman said "Ive been expecting this for some time. I said weeks ago that I thought Elliott would cut his ties with us in the window, and in all honesty with you, I wish him well. He is a fantastic player, and one who I trusted to do a job while waiting until the window. He was terrific and done a great job for us, but as I said when we played Plymouth, I imagined that he would move on. He is out of contract in the Summer, and rather than wait for a payday and sit on a wage, he has taken the move. I did think when he rejected Notts County's offer that he would be tempted to see out his contract - but now Southampton's offer has come in, and they are a big club with the right facilities to get them back up to this level (maybe higher), he may settle and recapture the form that made us pay out £1m for him. Like West Ham, they have a great reputation of getting the best from youngsters and Elliott is still young at 24.'' now i don't think someone would be sad enough to write up an interview with coleman...although i haven't found it anywhere else...

ok i take back what i said earlier, cannot tell the paths from the road here now. So heavy... It's exciting.... until you have to get up and go to work. I wish i could just fast forward through tomorrow morning as it's going to be ****. cars already skidding all over the place where i live!

ffs - it's the 5th of january, i can assure you we're working on bigger and better things.
-
What is wrong with taking up any sort of opportunity when it presents it's self? We will sign big this window, for sure, but our main issue is squad depth and there are no problems in adding a bit of ''cover''.
-
apparently there won't be much in central soton now, looks like it will pretty much avoid us. It's act. been raining where i am... never mind - at least the game will be on for sat!
