  1. That's brilliant!
  2. If Lovren is out, we do not stand a slight slithering of a chance. Imagine Jos will come in to try and better his OG count from last year!
  3. What the hell does Clyne have to do???? Walker has been pants this season? and Zabeleta hasn't really played?
  4. Well, I'm not sure how long Walker and Johnson can keep being tested, yet failing undeniably miserably. I think they're both awful footballers. Gone are the days of Neville at RB. Assured, confident and reliable.
  5. You've got to worry about Wiltshire, so much hype at a young age, yet all he's been is injured, and looks like he's still playing through injuries to me. Doubt he'll ever reach the heights he was predicted to reach. I like Barkley, but looked a little nervy out there, kept choosing the wrong thing. But he has genuine ability. JWP, for me, should waltz passed Cleverley and Henderson for a place in the senior side. For one, he can retain and pass a football. Something our midfield are pretty much incapable of achieving. And after these horrendous performances by Walker and Johnson, surely Clyne has never been closer? If he keeps at the same level with us, he should be pretty much there in March for the friendly.
  6. Sturridge strikes me as a player who hit a purple patch against some pretty average sides. Once out of the purple patch and up against decent opposition, he is actually a very selfish and pretty useless footballer. Fits in quite well then to be honest.
  7. Chilie are absolutely light years ahead of us, in every department.
  8. Would be one hell of an achievement to get out of the group to be honest.
  9. What a total waste of my Friday night. I've never watched such an horrendous game of football, and I've watched lots of football. No one individually was ever given a chance to show what they could do, as the team and tactical understanding was non-existent. It's like they did no training and no one had any real idea who was playing where. Can't think of a player who did well. Not the sort of game you'd want your club players involved in to be honest. More harm to be done than good.
  10. Well, that was a load of ****.
  11. Tactically, england are appalling.
  12. The entire team looks lost. It's going to be impossible for them to make any sort of impression here, a disjointed horror show.
  13. For me, the title race doesn't start until the new year. If we're still in the same place come the end of January, then I may consider us to be in the race!
  14. Injuries will take their toll eventually. We've had a good start, but it really isn't going to last as we don't have the depth. We're 2 injuries away from Jos and Fox in the 11, that's enough for us to start losing lots of games. I'm enjoying this as is everyone at the mo, but we're not really involved in any sort of title race - in fact I don't think the title race even starts till the new year. We're just having a really good start, just as WBA did last season.
  15. That Arsenal/Man Utd game was utter dross. Always the same when so called ''big teams'' come up together. Such a non-event after all the build up.
  16. Screenshot time.
  17. Performance of the weekend from Krul. 90mins now, still 0-1 to Newcastle. Looks like we'll be staying top 4 for the international break.
  18. lol @ hypo.
  19. If there's ever a year to ''break up'' the top 4 - this could be the one. Anyone can really be anyone this year.
  20. These 2 games will be the hardest either side have faced this year, that will be pretty much guaranteed. If that's enough for us to win - who knows. Both sides have got players who can pull something out of nothing, so we'd need an element of luck too.
  21. Himself and Wiltshire will be the England CM in 2018. He's that good.
  22. Had a bad one yesterday, but it's easy to forget that he's still bloody young. His presence on the pitch is as such, he looks a lot older than he actually is! He will make the little rickets every now and then whilst he's maturing, but I think we've got one hell of a CM here.
  23. The best 45 mins I can ever remember watching at SMS. For all us younguns (younger than 30 anyway!) we need to enjoy this, as it's quite easily the best saints team in my life time. A truly brilliant side, and you can't even say it's full of players over achieving either. There are genuine players right down the spine who would walk into any other club in England, in my opinion. They're young, will carry on improving and they're the right mentality. Gone are the days of selling, now we can sit back and enjoy a team of home grown stars. I've got a feeling we may be on the brink of something quite extraordinary in the modern game, which will make the world go ''WTF''.
  24. Trying not to be over confident, but I reckon we can go there and ruffle a few feathers. They're not playing great this year, whereas we know our game inside out. Good opportunity to visit them.
  25. The guy has bulked up in the summer, he looks much stronger and he's also discovered a yard of pace I didn't know he had in him.. An incredible talent, that's one of of us. Modern day MLT for sure.
