I was well adjusted to expect a fair few defeats this year compared to the last 3, but christ on a bike, not in this short time-scale.

When he does go, when I believe is now the case rather than If, I hope he goes with a good send off from us. I think he deserves that. Just a shame it hasn't really worked out for whatever reason, but the teams are playing in a way that isn't showing their unanimous support for him.

Yeah, but we're as **** in the PL as well. So it doesn't really matter. This was kind of needed to boost morale of the fanbase as well as the players.

Something has gone wrong in the close season, I don't know what, but I think it's becoming quite evident now that something is horribly wrong. We never look like we're going to win a game, we never look like we can keep a clean sheet. Players who were decent for us last year, look hopeless and out of their depth. We don't seem to be competitive no matter who we play. Villa aside, which I'm starting to think was a bit of a fluke result, this has been one of the worst starts to a season I can ever remember in my lifetime. I'm positive, generally, but things probably have to change soon. The club is on a downward spiral and it's running away with it's self very quickly, and as it stands I'm very nervous that we are going to do a Derby.

This isn't a PL game though to be fair, this is a lower league game if we're honest. I just think he's tried to change too much this year, whether he's eben asked to, or it's been his idea, but his stubbornness to continue it will cause us to fail.

It's hard to really bury your hands after this sort of performance, it has been truly abject at any level. Not even an attempt to score a goal. I don't know how long Adkins is going to survive after this one.

I'm pretty positive fella, but I'm starting to lose the will to live at our ****ness this year. If I'm honest I'm pretty devastated as I thought we'd be a nice fresh team to the PL, but it's so far worse than even my worst case scenario would have been.

It's just this insistence to continue playing this fancy new way. Which isn't working, and probably never will with our players as it stands.
