  1. Would you take winning the cup and relegation?
  2. Same, progress in the cup is always good but more fun if we get to combine with an away day somewhere we've not been before or at least not one of the usual grounds. We've got Spurs and Man Utd away that week already probably get one of those. Away day to Kidderminster, Borehamwood or Cambridge would be my preference
  3. We're allowed to make 5 subs today , see how it goes but certain players might do 60 mins today to save them for Tuesday
  4. Tough one for Ralph to prepare for, Swansea haven't played for a month, who knows what their line up will be like , no fans in the stadium a strange dynamic becomes more like a training game. Having 9 subs and the ability to use 5 should be in our favour though.
  5. Did many fans travel to away cup games in the 40s / 50s? I've heard plenty of stories starting in 60s (Villa Park 63) but nothing from before that would be good to hear what it was like then. Football special train excursions?
  6. One of my favourite away days of recent years that one, proper 6 pointer battle, top support midweek think saints subsidised £10 tickets bargain
  7. But that's my point there is no real choice if you threaten people with their freedoms.
  8. My stance is really really straightforward. I am NOT against vaccines. I am against restricting peoples freedoms and transformation of society based on a virus that is not a threat to many people and the enforcement of have it or we'll take away your rights. If you are so afraid with your three jabs and a mask on that you are prepared to threaten people then what does that say about your trust in the vaccine. Just leave people alone
  9. OK I'm on board with you now. Covid is the danger. The unvaccinated are the threat. Now we just need to decide what to do with them, without the unvaccinated there wouldn't be a threat... We've removed freedoms, we've made them the enemy, we just need one final solution and the world will go back to normal, freed from these terrible virus spreaders. You're all suffering from mass formation Pyschosis
  10. Bet you said that about the Nazis eh Grandad
  11. For the purposes of entry into Australia is your definition of healthy someone who has had a covid jab? Why is a negative test not enough?
  12. Exactly! So you can now see how stupid the rule is, scrap the rule
  13. If the covid vaccine stopped you from getting and passing it on you might have a point, but it doesn't, also if covid was actually dangerous for 99% of the population, but it isn't.
  14. You must be so scared of covid ,and so untrusting of your own vaccine to want to restrict freedoms of other people to "keep you safe"
  15. Control. State overreach over every part of your life. You enforcing a jab on millions of people who don't need it and telling them unless they do it they can't have their freedoms back . 20 stone , heavy smoker with a vaccine passport, come right in pal. Healthy professional sportsman, sorry mate you're a health risk, no entry. All about health this
  16. Fair play to 'em! Good old Aussies , plenty of other countries good at consistently implementing their draconian liberty restrictions, good on Iran, good on North Korea , fair play to them all
  17. They've highlighted to the world how crazy the policy is. If you want to live in a society where liberty is restricted and your papers are checked for health status (of a virus that for 99% of people is a cold) then it might be appealing. Vaccine passports do nothing to "stop the spread" a group of friends went to the Spurs home game last week, two tested positive a few days later, both of them triple jabbed! Others who were double or not at all seem fine. Crazy.
  18. It was also the only game on in London that day I think
  19. As long as the govt keep you safe from that dreaded covid they can do what they like eh
  20. If they must, but by doing so showing the world they are completely f'ing mental / corrupt
  21. If you really believe stopping a healthy sportsman like Djokovic from entering the country is to protect public health then good for you, wish I was that gullible, must make life easier to just believe all that is to "keep you safe"
  22. Ha right you are, they could test everyday if they wanted to, but it's not about that is it. Must really wind them up that he's not towing the line. Do you think Mr Djokovic is going to place the Australian health system under pressure? We need more LEADERS like this fine man in Oz
  23. Not anti vax, it's a clever attempt to label people in an attempt to discredit opinion so I'll give you that. Pro choice.
  24. Hahaha haha deporting the world's number one tennis player in case he runs around infecting everybody come on Grandad have a seat and think about that one
  25. The fact we're talking about 1984 and 1990 does show you how rare it is for us to have a memorable away day in the 3rd round of the cup. If you take any round into consideration I'd include quarter final v Wigan 2018 as a good one. Had loads of stinkers though like defeats at Reading, Port Vale etc
