Good news, hopefully ticket details will be confirmed today. Does seem odd they had to postpone their game on 17th but are sure they can host us a week later, hopefully we won't be messed around after booking travel etc.

I can't see you needing to be a member for any home game to be honest, Man Utd is now on sale to anyone with a purchase history from 2014 and there's still thousands left , not surprisingly when you look at the prices, £89 for a padded seat in the Kingsland, used to be full of loyal regular Saints fans will probably have a few flash Southern man utd in there now.
-
And no ticket news for Newcastle only a couple of weeks away. Did you see Chelsea might cancel some season ticket holder seats for this weekend as the firm installing new seats haven't completed the job on time, crazy really when it's been 18 months.
-
I'm sure it will be fine, we have paper tickets in away end and vaccine passports are not mandatory, they'll just let you in. My experience from Wembley is stewards don't want the hassle of checking , they just want to get you in with minimal hassle.

Relegated but win the FA Cup, I'll take that

Where do we sit in the net spend table currently?
-
Ralph seemed very certain that JWP will play didn't he, surprising considering he hasn't played at all pre season. We should have a strong bench for once at least.
-
Could be Newports first home game with fans for 18 months? They've had to switch some games around as their pitch isn't ready yet, Ralph won't be too impressed if the surface isn't up to standard.
-
Almost certainly will be the Wednesday if they are able to sort their pitch out. Good draw.

Any idea who played for us?

Jannik Vestergaard - Official: Signs for Leicester
JRM replied to ChiefScummer's topic in The Saints
This is what we need. Cahill a couple of years ago or Evans, one position where players generally mature into better players with experience, rarely get youth centre backs coming into Premier league sides -

My concern with Salisu is despite being a big lad he doesn't seem that keen on the physical side of the game, hopefully he's been training against Long and improved that side of his game -

If its worth around £15M chances are we aren't getting that, probably less with add ons. Thought we'd get more for him after the Euros -

Yes against Calvert Lewin at Everton, bullied him a bit so will be interesting on Saturday -
Watching this play out you can see why Real and Barca were desperate for the European super league to happen

Hope so, if he's up against DCL on Saturday it will be his first big test. -
There are quite a few places as you get towards the ground that do parking for a tenner , you'll be fine parking in one of those unofficial match day car parks
-
Those plus Forest Green all good options, perhaps Shrewsbury is the one, a trip to Gay Meadow most appropriate for our new warm up shirt.

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11938/12378233/carabao-cup-rochdale-given-bye-to-second-round-after-coronavirus-outbreak-at-harrogate-town It's a shame I'd have come up for that
-
Haha I remember that mate, took me a few days to digest it all
-
They've dropped out of competition due to covid mate, Rochdale got a bye
-
Forest Green you get the added buzz of trying to sneak a pepperami into the ground , got to be one of the few league sides that Saints have never played?
-
Is it also seeded or just regional split? Afc Wimbledon away at their new ground or Forest Green Rovers would be my choice for a trip, or just lowest possible team at home which would probably be Stevenage.
-
Well said, doesn't he also hold the record for the fastest ever Premier league goal 👏
