  1. Looked very distressing, cpr went on for ages, looked from a distance that the patient got up and walked down the stairs?
  2. Worst away record in the football league I think, no wins since last November! No wonder their fans were expecting the worst. The ones I had a chat with were proper sound down to earth football fans, got to be really to follow Rotherham home and away, pleased for them after making the journey
  3. I'd caution against pinning your hopes on Larios to be honest mate. The slowing down of attacks and allowing defenders to get back in position is so incredibly frustrating, we do it time and time again.
  4. OK, like your slagging off of Thornhill, tell us all where you live so we can decide how clever you are
  5. Posts like this make me laugh, your assumed intellectual superiority , they must be thick as shit if they have a different opinion to you eh. End of the day that team completely messed up the easiest chance of a comfortable home win you'll ever get. Some will see these stats as a positive but for me drawing this game is a huge failure .
  6. Hopefully the deal we offered him was heavily weighted to performance bonuses and actually being on the pitch
  7. Has anyone blamed the fans yet? Matter of time. As the game drifted by it seemed inevitable they would equalise and so it proved , players looked a bit disappointed with the lack of applause at the end , Martin must have promised them a standing ovation for possession stats
  8. Fair play to Rotherham but fucking hell they are another bogey team for us, not beaten them since 1965 and you could see the players never believed the curse could be broken.
  9. Felt like a defeat. Wasteful Wasteful Wasteful Martins walking football can do one
  10. Just been chatting to some Rotherham fans in town, never heard such pessimistic supporters which to be honest worries me more
  11. Need a decent song for him
  12. Got to be pleased for him, hopefully fires him up for Saturday and puts in a top performance. He looked absolutely knackered when going off against Stoke so probably not up to the 90 mins. Guess he might struggle for Hull away depending on when he's back from South America
  13. Don't mess with Big Joe Aribo
  14. I'm doing the same going in the family area, certainly better than having empty seats, hope they enjoy the day. Weather looks good so they'll avoid getting soaked just need Saints to win and they'll be hooked. Danger is we lose and they want to be Rotherham fans instead.
  15. I thought they were a bit unlucky there and didn't look that bad, don't think this will be easy on Saturday depends on whether we take our chances (Leeds first half) or waste them (Stoke second half)
  16. Let's see how they get on tonight, anyone sad enough to watch their game v Bristol City on sky and report back?
  17. Thanks, covid football didn't really seem real, after that we went top of the league didn't we, strange times!
  18. Good shout January 2023, but that was FA Cup, league Cup, league. 3 straight league wins must be a while ago?
  19. It had been simmering, classic Stoke leaving late challenges, we put the ball out for one of their injured players and they didn't pass it back
  20. Is anyone on here old enough to remember when we last won 3 games in a row? Especially 3 games in a week?
  21. I thought Smallbone was decent to be honest, got involved with the play much more, bit odd the home fans booing him , he was only on loan there it's not like he forced a move away
  22. Away support was decent I thought, got behind the lads when up against it in the second half, reasonable numbers considering it was midweek , up north, live on sky , long old journey back with m3 closure adding to it , home in the early hours
  23. Block 43 of the Northam now open to home fans, hopefully last couple of wins encourages a few more to go, Rotherham will bring very few so a chance for Saints to have both "ends" behind the goals Cat C pricing so even the posh halfway line padded seats are a decent price in block 31
  24. I think Rotherham have beaten us in our last three meetings, had a couple of awful cup trips up there. Just checked and we haven't won any of our last 5 against them, last Saints win coming in 1965, we must be due one.
