  1. What a time that was , Spurs away at the old proper ground was a great win, beating Palace 4-1 to cement 6th place and Europa league group stage followed by going to the pub and seeing the skates lose in the last min at Plymouth in the league TWO play offs. Personal top moment for me was going to Hapoel Beersheeva away via Jerusalem travelling across the desert to an away match , what a time to be a Saints fan
  2. Saints, Leicester, Leeds , that's 3 big teams being relegated based on recent premier league history, unusual for promoted teams to all survive
  3. Leicester fans have seen this coming this season, everyone else will have played before they play again next Monday night at Newcastle and potentially they could be relegated then If they're still in with a chance at the last game I think they'll beat West Ham who could be focusing on a European final This weekend: Wolves v Everton West Ham v Leeds Forest v Arsenal I wouldn't be surprised to see all of those end in a draw
  4. Miss the days of having this man up front, we desperately need another Lambert
  5. Leicester City have scrapped their end-of-season awards dinner with the club facing relegation to the Championship. Ahead of the crucial date with Liverpool on Monday night, the crisis engulfing Leicester is deepening with the club axing the annual event as senior officials believe it will be inappropriate. It can also be revealed that the club’s players will have their salaries slashed by up to 50 per cent in the event of relegation. [John Percy, Telegraph]
  6. Agree , technically I can't think of a more limited player we've had. Maybe we've been spoilt since coming up having players like Lambert and Pelle who could play that role and offer a lot more.
  7. Spurs fans I know genuinely hoping they finish outside of Euro spots, so spoilt they'd rather not have Europa or conference as its beneath them and focus on getting champions league again next season
  8. Amen brother , sanitised boredom should be the new name for the Premier league
  9. Agree, cannot wait to see the back of it, absolutely fucking sick of celebrating a goal then looking up at the board 30 seconds later to see VAR review whilst we all stand around for minutes whilst they draw their lines in Stockley Park, huge bonus being in the championship if we get away from such interference
  10. I was going to go on the Saturday but can't be doing with a Sunday lunchtime trip, trains are a mess so got to be coach or road, can't see our end being that lively unfortunately, but still big respect to the 3000 travelling, sold out
  11. Likely , even if the dreadful Brighton who turned out against Everton play we'd still manage to lose.
  12. If Everton, Leeds or Leicester come down I think they'll be a bigger tv draw than us to be honest Really looking forward to fixture day and planning those away days
  13. His analysis of the gutless performance was spot on and as a player who had been there and done it for this club when needed he would know those teams of the 90s wouldn't have stood for such a lack of pride, what your or his viewpoint of covid etc is irrelevant to that
  14. Whatever, he's Saints number one legend whose name is still sung by the fans and singlehandedly kept us up for a decade Off you go Jonny, you must be due another covid jab soon
  15. He's spot on, hope they let him in the dressing room afterwards to let them know
  16. They really have to be one of life's losers to rely on the failure of others to give them something to celebrate, the fact we're still above them just adds to it, pathetic club.
  17. Still interesting to see who comes with us, could still be one or two surprise results
  18. I've seen this suggested a few times, is there anyway in checking if it's AI generated?
  19. Compare this with AC Milan fans letting the players know what they think , Chapel Ultras should have summoned them over
  20. Should have just stood directly in front of her shouting boo for as long as possible
  21. I really dislike the Premier league to be honest so yes will renew in championship
  22. Wouldn't worry too much , I know lads who follow championship clubs who very rarely pay more than £30 and most of the time pay less
  23. Chelsea and Leicester fans must be thinking fuck sake how did they do the double over us. Will be a lovely stat if it turns out Saints were only team to stop Man City doing quadruple
