Both he and Bree deserve some credit for the promotion and must be gutted today to have left them and come to St Mary's. Fair play to Luton Town, that's two grounds in the Premier league with 10k capacity now
-
Will season ticket prices be released now and will you renew?

Agree its a fair price, £21 per game I doubt that's much more than we were paying in the championship 12 years ago -
As we discreetly slip out of the Premier league on Sunday via the back door please spare a thought for the Liverpool players and fans who have had to endure the hardship of not qualifying for the champions league , they are bound to be quite upset so please offer them some sympathy
-
Yep it's quite easy - no excuse to miss the game!
-
Why would you want that ?
-
I was going to do the same but have decided to go to the game now, bit of a surreal one with nothing at stake but for some weird reason still feel the need to be there, no doubt will regret that on Sunday
-
Top player with a great shot on him, screamers against Everton, Charlton and I think Coventry spring to mind
-
I plan to boo them onto the pitch and again off the pitch , if it is JWPs final game for us he should do his own lap would clap him for his 12 years contribution to the club , deserves some acknowledgement

Paid an absolute eye watering fortune to buy out and then pay off Nathan Jones And don't get me started on Carillo II aka Tall Paul Money down the drain
-
Looking forward to hearing this old classic sang regularly 2011 and 2012 for Adkins eieieio up the football league we go When we get promotion this is what we'll sing We are southampton we are southampton Martin is our king
-
Worth making a sign for Sunday Ruben can I have your turtle neck Might get lucky if he spots you on the lap of dishonour
-
He should have been sacked after the Grimsby game

That's the most expensive, there are others cheaper. Reading have made a mess of it though, relegation to league one followed by a price increase they'll be lucky to get more than 10k for some games. Also moving away fans to some stand upper tier so they can charge them more . You'd have thought Saints will need to confirm our prices fairly soon , hopefully change of board members the new guys will want to look good and offer some cheap deals -
-
I would be shocked beyond belief if Everton don't beat Bournemouth on Sunday, will check the odds as I think that's a nailed on home win, Bournemouth won't fancy it
-
This game really will be the perfect ending to say goodbye / good riddance to the Premier league > bottom of the league > players couldn't care less > thousands of regular season ticket holders sold on the exchange to local Liverpool fans on the database for the ultimate away fans in home areas as tribute to Toby Steele > heavy home defeat > if we somehow score VAR will chalk it off > Liverpool fans will show solidarity with our upset fans at the end by singing you'll never walk alone so they don't miss out on being part of the miserable event

For train go via Clapham Junction (depending where you're travelling from)

Surely we're destined to end up the same way soon following our recent big spending ? (That has been a disaster generally)
-
Did he play enough games? Probably give it to ward prowse, is he our top scorer?
-
He'd be good for us in the championship especially as cover for Livramento. For me if Luton get promoted it will also prove a shift away from reliance on gate receipts, we've already got Bournemouth in the Premier league with 10k ground, Luton would be the same, Brentford 17k, no need for big capacities to fund the team The moral of all this is we should have stayed at The Dell.

A friend of my Dad's has mentioned this game a few times and I'm sure said they put on football special trains to take some of the thousands travelling, white Hart Lane a pain to get to at the best of times so top effort in that era , magic of the cup, we'll never see days like those again, scrap the replays too much of an inconvenience for Pep and Jurgen.
-
Agree, he has 29 appearances for Luton this season , wonder if they'll buy him back in the summer
-
They haven't really changed much since he was manager, other than making a load of money he must be regretting leaving, could have been having his suit fitted for Wembley today
-
Thing is with Luton you can see they've assembled a cheap squad that typically would be in a relegation battle but they focus on doing the basics right, defend well and attack on the break , if they do go up I wonder if they'll allocate a place on the open top bus parade for Nathan Jones ?
