  1. All Man City need to do is win the game in hand and beat Arsenal at home. After that just match Arsenal's results. Personally I think Arsenal will find the London derbies v West Ham and Chelsea tricky and drop points at Newcastle as well Champions league could be a distraction for City but they have what it takes to put a league run together when the pressure is on
  2. He was on "the verge of being appointed " and visited the training ground again at Leicester before pulling out, maybe he's part of a group making money on next manager to be appointed markets
  3. Ifollow is available for every game except 3pm Saturday ones (except for those outside the UK where it is) so think you can still get a stream
  4. Man City's title now I think, Arsenal have a really tough run of fixtures coming up including a trip to City.
  5. It did, there were thousands available when it went on general so a complete free for all, Semmens dream for most of our crowd being day trippers paying premium prices plus additional spend on refreshments Saints mainly just do a short sales window to members, then one for season ticket holders additional seats, then straight to open general sale rather than restricted to people with previous purchases. Very very rarely we do that, I think for Spurs we did and Liverpool soon.
  6. Just hope Luton stay down , top away end can't wait for this
  7. And what a free kick that was, remember our support being good at Vicarage Road that night, it wasn't all bad. Obviously crowds will drop, but I personally know of two long standing Kingsland season ticket holders who had the same seats since we moved to St Mary's, gave up last year after becoming disillusioned talking about returning for the Championship. Plenty of people who haven't been brought up on a diet of Sky Sports super Sunday hype know there's plenty of life outside of the corrupt "best league in the world"
  8. We've scored 24 goals in 30 games, winning only two at home, have we ever had less to cheer about?
  9. All of those plus VAR, really looking forward to some of the away days , it's a proper competitive division points between top and bottom tend to be closer , good times ahead 👍
  10. Don't tell me the Palace game is another must win 🤦‍♂️
  11. They do, and Jack Stephens has been an important player for them recently, think he's made his point, we've spent money but they're no better really
  12. I've got a bet with a mate that Tall Paul will never score for us, just got a feeling he'll be another one of those signings
  13. Don't get me wrong, I hate them as well and try to make these types feel as uncomfortable as possible if I'm ever sat near them, can't stand them. In some ways I resent the fact that our fan base isn't big enough to fill the ground and so we're left open to the tourists buying in general sale. Would be better to have a smaller ground with more intense atmosphere than the soulless place we have... It's not only Saints, I work with a kiwi who has season tickets at Brentford with his lad just go to see star names and big 6 etc
  14. It's shit, but generally a Premier league phenomenon with a lot of them neutrals there to see the star names they spend time being on fifa or in their fantasy leagues, we can cleanse ourselves from this in the Championship next season 👍
  15. Agreed, we're going down anyway, get rid of him , has been key part of coaching team throughout this disaster of a season
  16. She has, pre match talk seems to be on whether we can avoid another 9-0 rather than win the game , sad indication of where we are.

    New Manager

Newcastle were superb tonight, should have scored 7 or 8. Hats off to him
  18. I think we set up that way as there's zero confidence in our defence and keeper so we try to protect them with this negative football.
  19. Exactly, a little bit of attacking intent, take a few risks actually try to win the game.....we never find out how bad a teams defence is because we don't test them
  20. I didn't realise anyone still thought we can stay up, the players certainly don't.
  21. I'm sure we've got one more 9-0 in us to close out this premier league era, not sure it will be on Saturday though. City fan I know reckons if Haaland isn't 100% they'll keep him for the tougher game they play on Tuesday night, if City go 2 or 3 up I think they'll just look to see the game out without any injuries and save themselves for Bayern Munich
  22. Leicester v Bournemouth is a big one on Saturday, despite the fact we're already down its still interesting to follow the relegation battle to see who is coming with us, going to go right to the last game I reckon
  23. Yeah can see Huddersfield climbing out of the bottom 3 at the expense of Cardiff or Reading now. Having said that Reading's ground is rubbish to get to by train and they only give half the end to away fans now so not as good as it used to be.

    Gavin Bazunu

Not sure if the angle but he looks small in comparison to size of the goal. Like in kids football where they can't touch the cross bar

    Nathan Tella

One way to look at it, another way is his goals have got them promotion and guarantees £100M income next season so they've done pretty well out of the deal as well
