  1. This league is becoming ****ing boring to be honest. Far too many teams just sitting back and trying not to lose. The way to break that cr@p down is pace spirit and maximum effort. We don't have enough of any of those elements.
  2. So basically "we would like to be more creative/attacking but we can't because our manager wants us to play boring, safety first, play not to lose rather than play to win football". Happy days!!!

    Boufal

Boufal didn't do that much of note but, as others have said, he did win the free kick that lead to the goal and also set up a very presentable chance for Tadic which Tadic - inevitably - missed.
  4. It's time for Tadic to be sent on his merry way. He's gone from being good in his first season to frustrating in the next couple, to crap this. Time to move on for him and us.
  5. Not necessarily old son but fast flowing attacking football over the shyte we've had to endure for the last 18 months or so probably is??
  6. 1-0 after a superb attack with Gray flying forward at pace. Compare that with that **** Tadic slowing it down, looking up, puffing his cheeks out and passing it backwards.
  7. I cannot stand Tadic.
  8. Clearly out of his depth. Sitting back and trying to soak it up for 85 minutes after going a goal up against a shyte team. Jesus wept.
  9. Good start then........slow, boring, uninspiring cr@p as per usual. And they say it's an entertainment business.
  10. Exactly this. Let's hope we get the same outcome.
  11. A volley of Moliere quotes in the first team talk could go either way.........
  12. Hmmmmm, Claude Puel. When we appointed him I was totally underwhelmed. If I was a Leicester fan now and they appointed him I would still be totally underwhelmed.
  13. YES GTFI!!!! That is all.
  14. Koeman is struggling a bit really isn't he? All that money, all those signings.........
  15. Not a bard move imho
  16. The dithering over sacking CP doesn't indicate a proactively run club that knows what/who it wants. Either sack him straight away or back him. If it's true we offered him the chance to stay if he agreed to play a more attacking game I'd be interested to know where our negotiations were with potential replacements were at that point.
  17. Agree, it isn't THAT bad. It is however more of a challenge than our first 10 games and we're all well aware how well that's gone so far.
  18. I just don't get it - surely in the interviews it must have been all about wanting someone to be different to Puel, more attacking. We even gave him the opportunity to stay if he agreed to be more attacking FFS. Yet we've ended up with someone who's teams play the same feckin way except for being even less attacking.
  19. Not just Long, all of 'em.
  20. Pleased with a point in the end and even more pleased with the fact we actually scored and went for it a bit in the 2nd half. Boufal deserves a lot of credit today, he's slightly built and things aren't quite clicking for him but he really battled out there and look like he cared. Nathan Redmond however...........................................
  21. We just look utterly clueless in the final third. Everything is hopeful rather than purposeful.
  22. Agreed but Tadic isn't far behind and neither is Redmond so far this season. 3 players demonstrably crap at shooting supporting Long who is, for a striker, demonstrably crap at scoring. If this is what we get today then it beggars belief.
  23. To be clear I was joking, should've put a winky smiler on it. I wanted him out too, but the idea that anyone on here could "lead the charge to hound poor Puel out" is fairly ridiculous.
  24. Agree completely. The whole package just feels like its lapsed into an uninspiring malaise, like everyone's decided that this tedious one up front shyte is THE way and we cannot deviate from it no matter what, regardless of whether it actually works or entertains.
