  1. Defiantly
  2. This is true, including Specific Ocean squid.
  3. Like that. Damp squid another beauty, and "Low sense of gravity" as uttered by Danny Murphy on Talksport a while back in a debate about why Eden Hazard is such a good footballer.
  4. Your write but you could of been wrong.
  5. Ahh the old mute/moot classic. Right up there with specific/Pacific.

Yeah but I said we've been utterly ****ing tedious bar a few notable exceptions and that isn't true because we played well in like about 10 matches which is more than a few and anyway we haven't been boring.

You can argue about semantics and how many matches equals "a few" but the fact that in general we have played ****ing boring football since the start of last season is not "pony". Anyone suggesting there has not been a clear and significant drop in entertainment levels since the start of last season in comparison with the previous four seasons would, by contrast, be talking sh!t.

    Yes, aka "notable exceptions".

It has to be said that we have been anything but entertaining since the start of last season (with a few notable exceptions). Just utterly feckin tedious.
  10. The thing is with very few exceptions we've been serving this caĉk up for the whole of last season and all of this one so far. Week after week the same cr@p, sideways/backwards slow tedious cr@p never stretching teams, never getting in their faces, creating **** all chances and missing the vast majority of the few we do create. We sack Puel after allegedly giving him the chance to stay if he changes style and gets us attacking more, then appoint a man who - on the evidence so far - plays an even less attacking game with the same formation and ineffective attackers. WTF basically.
  11. Tried it, she was too pretty for me.
  12. It is too early to call for his head but I have seen absolutely **** all from him so far to suggest he is a good appointment. I have seen plenty (bizarre persistence with ineffective formation with same out of form players) to suggest he is a bad one. Needs to fecking well change it up, demonstrate he can identify and solve an obvious problem, and just generally prove his mettle over the next four games.
  13. It's feckin' incredible really. We can't create many chances and don't score the few we do create, and we try to solve the problem by playing the same team and formation that doesn't create and score chances except for bringing in a "striker" who scores around 1 in every 15 chances he gets.
  14. He's going to have to change it. Redmond and Tadic IS NOT WORKING.
  15. Well this sounds good yet again.
  16. Jesus Christ, calm down mate. Yes it was frustrating (very) not to score again but we were good 2nd half, totally dominating a (supposed) title favourite. It will come good if we keep playing like that.
  17. Or it might click some of the time and not others and we carry on being an ok team not fighting to stay up.
  18. A tad negative after that 2nd half performance Adrian. We were our usual painfully boring selves in the first half but - to my surprise - looked far more threatening in the 2nd half against a team who many have tipped as potential title winners. Frustrating (extremely) again that we still couldn't score but that 2nd half definitely offers hope. I don't think United will win the league by the way, flattering to deceive at the moment, very lucky to win that today.
  19. Feck my old boots we're actually having a bit of a go this half!!
  20. It didn't go over the line between the posts.
  21. It's just lack of options really if we are going to insist on playing this formation all the time. Give Gabby a go but then he'd be playing out of position so probably wouldn't work. It's 2 out of Redmond, Tadic and Boufal. All of them have been uninspiring at best crap at worst all season and most of last.
  22. It was Tadic. His defending is as lacking in urgency as his attacking.
  23. I know its United, they are very good this year but fux sake we simply do not look like ever scoring with these players and formation. Redmond and Tadic plod out week after week behind an isolated lone attacker and the same non-threatening, non-entertaining, lethargic cr@p unfolds.
  24. Fair shoulder barge!
  25. Much much better today though Palace made it easy by standing off us. Still could have easily drawn or even lost that though when you consider Palace's chances (Well done Fraser). Both the big signings looked very good today so hopefully the black box isn't broken after all. Our build up play continues to be too slow though - Redmond culpable again.
