  1. WTF are you going on about? So we're all supposed to sit tight lipped and not post any opinions on the fact we have the most useless excuse for a manager conceivable who is taking the club we all love down the ****ter because it might upset him?
  2. For the first time ever in all my years as a supporter I'm not sure I want us to to win. I'm praying the decision's been made already, a replacement has been lined up and he's gone regardless of the result and if so obviously I desperately want us to win. BUT If a loss tomorrow is the only thing that guarantees he's sacked I think I'd have to take it.

  4. Thank you Mauricio for allowing me to appreciate there is such a thing as a worse manager of a football club than Steve Wigley.
  5. I find it impossible see his face or hear his voice without starting to feel angry. He has this whole “oh well, what can you do” attitude.
  6. We could EASILY attract a new manager, just offer a decent incentive/bonus - 2 million? - to keep us up. I’m sure Silva (for example) would see that as a low risk lucrative way of enhancing his reputation.
  7. Bewildered
  8. Ok mate. I think it would be more likely that we’d be more likely to stay up if we sacked MP and appointed Silva although I acknowledge this is not definitely the case because it has not actually happened. I’ve enjoyed our little ‘debate’ anyway. I think.
  9. No, that is not an answer to the question. It probably won’t happen but IF we sacked MP and appointed Silva would it be more likely to be successful than keeping MP on in your opinion?
  10. Just because something is unlikely to/won’t happen or the answer is not definitely known doesn’t mean you can’t offer an opinion on it.
  11. I’ve come to the conclusion that he is just a bit thick. Surely it was obvious that if ever there was a fixture to go balls out for a win, go all out attack and get the fans on side this was it. Not having a target man to convert our crosses has been used as a reason to defend him - if he had one we wouldn’t be in this position. Well he’s got one now, one apparently selected by him. So what does he do, he plays Shane non goal scorer Long as our lone front man in a defensive set up at home against Brighton like we are playing Man City away.
  12. Don’t really see why you would call that trolling. Serious question - What do you think is more likely to prove successful, sacking MP and appointing Silva (perhaps just short term with huge bonus to avoid relegation) or sticking with MP?
  13. No comment.
  14. Won’t happen. We all know it. Bizarre, but it won’t happen.
  15. Yes I guess I have!
  16. The words do not exist to adequately describe how much I hate this manager.
  17. Already gone beyond for me. I have never been so ****ing livid with a team selection ever before in my life.
  18. I’m seriously starting to wonder if he’s all there. Why ignore Lemina and play Davis ffs.
  19. Haha, you have to laugh I guess. Yet again my reaction to one of this total ashat’s selection is a mixture of wtf/facepalm. See how it pans out before hanging him I guess but it feels like I’ve been saying this all season and it ain’t panned out too well.
  20. Agreed, it’s more the obvious cause and the obstinate and bizarre refusal to do anything about him than the possible/likely result. Other teams with weaker squads have acted and benefitted from those actions, WTF haven’t we?
  21. You have to hope though mate/pal though don't you though mate/pal?
  22. Our route to survival is home wins against Brighton, Stoke and Bournemouth plus a scraped point against Liverpool or Chelsea, and a couple wins away where TBF every fixture offers some kind of hope - only Arsenal out of the top 6 left to play away. It HAS to start with a win tomorrow.
  23. I completely agree that our problems stem mainly from having a totally 1 star hopeless manager. But feck me you do go on a bit mate.
  24. Oh well, 2nd from bottom it is then. Could all change tomorrow. The league is RIDICULOUSLY close in the bottom half so hope remains.
