There was so much wrong with the performance, team selection and tactics today. You are right about not judging them too early. But for us to improve we need to kick this 1 up front into touch and go 4-4-2 with Dyer and Holmes(who looked good today) out wide, and more experience in the side. John has to start. Agreed. I was baffled by the tactics and John being on the bench. We look to have 2 decent wingers in Dyer and Holmes, so why he played John as a lone centre-forward with Mcgoldrick behind him, at a time when we were chasing the game, I'll never know. I fear he JP is like a fish out of water.
