  1. How do we do that then? We've just had a stormy AGM, Rupert still got everything we wanted. A mass boycott is the only way. I mean an empty stadium. More of a sacrifice from ST holders, but the only way to move us forward. It's not going to happen though is it.
  2. JP is being set up as a scapegoat by Lowe, to try and get away from his input into this farcical situation.
  3. Empty ground. It would take a lot of sacrifice from the season ticket holders, but would be better in the long run. Just tell the missus you're going to the game, but stay in the pub instead. As soon as possible in my opinion.
  4. I like Crouch, and I was hoping he might be our way to get Lowe out of the club for good. I would prefer he bought Lowe out to calling him names in the playground. Rupert couldn't give a toss what anyone says about him. He knows he has enough support to more or less do as he pleases with the club.
  5. Shows how bad we are if you are advocating Gillett and Robertson would actually improve the team.
  6. I am uncomfortable about admin, as it could give Lowe the chance to pick the club up for a song. I don't think Gavyn Davies loves the club as much as he says. Lowe is a pygmy in comparison, yet Davies has done nothing.
  7. Anyone heard the rumour about Steve Cotterill?
  8. David Armstrong, Steve Williams.
  9. If Lowe and Wilde were in charge of my investment I don't think I would even give them the steam off my p*ss.
  10. You can't polish a turd. The team is not good enough no matter what tactics are used. You can only point the finger at one person for that, and he ain't a dutchman.
  11. I was talking to a mate of Jan's on Friday. He told me about 2 coachloads of Jan's mates coming over to watch the game. Saw them at the ground with a huge dutch banner.
  12. You sound really hard, and seem to have some sort of internet Tourrettes Syndrome. I hope I don't pass you in a dark street, or 'mug you off in front of your pals'.
  13. I actually went today, broke my self-imposed boycott, and thought I would give them a chance. Won't be going again. Says it all really. Team and management out of their depth. Boardroom in turmoil. Sh*te afternoon.
  14. Another calamitous decision by Lowe. However, JP is being set up as the fall guy here. Personally, I think Lowe is as incompetent as Jan, and as he appointed him, they should both do the decent thing and resign. I don't see the point in changing managers if the autocratic Lowe remains at the club.
  15. 15000 crowds tell you it's time for him to go. Too divisive by half, and by and large his judgement regarding managers is appalling. I don't like his policies regarding player recruitment either. It would seem he would rather have 4 crap players on low wages than 1 decent player on good wages. I don't like his arrogance and refusal to take any blame either.
  16. 2,517 posts - mostly drivel. Who's the moron? Get out more.
  17. No confidence in Jan, no confidence in the board. Jan is being set up by Lowe as the fall guy here. If Jan is sacked then once again Lowe's judgement, quite rightly, will be called into question. If one goes, they should both go.
  18. Cue the 'they aren't staying away because of Lowe' brigade. Of course they bloody are.
  19. If you actually read all of it you would have known. Very sorry if my posts don't sit too well with you. To be honest I stopped getting in a 'tizz' about Saints some time ago. Too many people on this messageboard seem to be doing PR for Rupert. Can't really be bothered with it all anymore. Bye.
  20. I know. Someone posted that he thought JP would leave after the Burnely game. Mine was just a reply to a hypothetical scenario. If he appointed Wotte then that would be is 3rd coach after JP and Pearson. Do keep up.
  21. I'm sorry, but Rupert doesn't get away with it that easily. Getting through to his 3rd coach since returning shows a lack of judgement. He should do the decent thing and leave. Woggy could run the club better than him.
  22. I agree. All this 'good football' is a bit Emperor's new clothes to me. I was seething last night. Especially with Rupert on the pitch with JP and the new coach before the game. He just winds me up. Why didn't he just keep Pearson.
  23. If the rabid anti-union Thatcher hadn't been such a spiteful cow, the coal mines would have helped us through the energy crisis, and made a bundle of cash in the last 15 years. Mind you, if the gas and electric hadn't been privatised the taxpayer would either be pocketing the profits now, or being charged a fairer rate. Well done, Tory ***ts.
  24. The point of it all though Frank, is that Lowe is going back on things he said to JP. How can there be respect if this is so? Your last paragraph is a bit daft.
  25. Don't hold your breath for any boardroom changes. Good post though.
