  1. Put out a 'decent' team for this competiton; it's kind of our Carling Cup if we were a 'Big four' team.
  2. TDD if it's 'classified' why even bother teasing us like that?!
  3. You're on form today Deppo, I'll give you that and I reckon I would also give you one you little charmer.
  4. Whichever one of them is called 'Nathan', I know his Missus...not in that way you filthy lot!!
  5. I would expect at least 3 wins and 2 draws.
  6. Obviously. What your Mail doesn't tell you dune is that ACTUALLY when you take into consideration simply Maths and English pass rates are only around 50%. But I'm sure that just means those subject teachers arn't doing their job properly... Furthermore any moronic study you use to back up your opinion will choose questions from 'foundation' rather than 'higher' papers where the highest grade you can achieve is a 'C'. Ah well, what do I care, my yr.11s did fantastic and I was paid today for doing **** all for 6 weeks. BEAUTIFUL!
  7. Well done!! :-). Await the 'they were harder in my day' comments...
  8. That's ****ing disgraceful, you're a grade A ****.
  9. I bet though TDD if you were to look at the figures, those classed as 'White British' would make up significant numbers.
  10. Of all the things in life to worry about, this rates somewhere around #178,683,087 on my list.
  11. More importantly though, what was the chemistry like between Pete and Carl? The better they get on, the more chance of a nationwide tour and, who knows, a third album...
  12. I think my old nan has one of those somewhere I'll have to fish it out
  13. To counter what I'm sure was dune's attempt to distract you all from a bad news day for the Condem gonverment, it has come to light that Osbourne's budget does indeed hit the poorest hardest...what a suprise! The Institute for Fiscal Studies has labelled his budget as 'clearly regressive'. The IFS has stated that "Once all of the benefit cuts are considered, the tax and benefit changes announced in the emergency budget are clearly regressive as, on average, they hit the poorest households more than those in the upper middle of the income distribution in cash, let alone percentage, terms." This could certainly cause some 'rocking of the boat' by back bench Lib Dems couldn't it; so much for 'we're all in this together'. Read in more depth here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2010/aug/25/poor-families-bear-brunt-of-austerity-drive and here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1305877/Budget-hit-poor-families-hardest-Changes-cost-poorest-households-423-year.html Note that I included the Heil article so that our right wing members can't scream "It's all a commie plot!" May I also just add, as I am sure it will be mentioned, that I don't think I've ever said that cuts were not needed but that if cuts 'have to happen' then they should be done in areas which would not impact on the lives of people who had nothing to do with the collapse of the system.
  14. Capitalism would be acceptable if the wealth that was created was distributed fairly - Also Jackanory, don't confuse capitalism with democracy.
  15. I can't believe people are referring to Nicky Butt as a marquee signing!
  16. edited, had already been said.
  17. I hate to bring out a 'SRS argument', but check attendance figures.
  18. I can certainly see your point, but if were not going out to win then what is the point in us even turning up Tuesday night? Fonte and Jaidi can deal with Davies, Seabourne certainly can't. Like you I can't see Saints winning this competition but some of our first XI are obviously lacking confidence already (which is shocking) and knocking out a Prem team may just do the trick for some. But hey ho, I'm evidently in a positive mood today, ask me again tomorrow and I'll probably tell you we will get hammered regardless of who we put out!
  19. Top of the league, but still the same boring ****s on here ALWAYS MOANING!
  20. They are ****ing Bolton for crying out loud. An ugly 'Premiership' team who can't pass for toffee and just love to lump it up front for Davies or that Elmander bloke. They will come down here with the attitude you displayed in your post and under estimate us (hence them resting their 'top' players). We CAN beat them, we should have beaten Birmingham last year and certainly would have beaten the Skates if it wasn't for James. If Saints come out, play some nice passing football, we can do them.
  21. We could turn this lot over on our day, especially if they put out a weakened team. Personally I feel Bolton need to be brought down a peg or two: Unlike us, Leeds, Notts Forest etc they are not a 'Premiership' team. I'm going for 2-0 saints.
  22. It's like the Good ol' Skacel days!
  23. A very good post, it's about time as a population we (legally) fought back.
  24. ...I see ;-)
