I doubt the ref will have the balls to give him a second yellow having already given a pen and red card against Boscombe, but surely he can’t over look the blatant time wasting they’ve been indulging in since about the 20th minute

With the benefit of hindsight it’s very easy to say we should of won the Championship. A lot of that side went on to have really good careers at the top level and Reading turned out to be a pretty shitty side. However, I doubt anybody thought that at the start of the season, play offs were the top of my expectations and probably most other supporters too. Im not sure Nigel is that great a manager, but he was the right man at the right time for us. His positivity and the feel good factor enabled us to go thorough the championship with momentum built up from the previous year. He created the right atmosphere, played a system perfect for the good players we had, rarely picked the “wrong” side or tried to be too clever, and let the players do what they did best. In some ways he did a job similar to that of Ranerai at Leicester, created the right environment for the players to flourish. Not so sure he’d be able to replicate that again. Personally, he’s my 3rd favourite manager behind Lawrie & Ted, and he fully deserves the respect he gets from 99.99999% of our fan base.

Can you give us a real example of where there’s racial inequality in The UK. Are black people paid less, do different laws apply to them, are they educated differently, are millionaire black footballers treated differently than white millionaire footballers? You’re quick to point things out to others, so maybe you could point the inequality out to us.

There are examples, people living with parents and paying fuck all rent. People who inherit money or get given money, or people with exceptionally well paid jobs. The average joe can’t pay rent and save for a deposit, what ever they go without. It’s disingenuous to claim otherwise.

Forester was clearly signed as number 1 & McCarthy would be a decent 2. The problem was Forester was fucking horrendous after a while, and his replacement (Gunn) was rubbish as well. I don’t blame McCarthy, he’s a decent back up for a club like ours. Forester/Gunn are the ones who haven’t lived up to the expectations.
