So the Lino got the offside spot on, and as the rules are drafted, so did the ref, but you’re saying theyre part of the problem? What do you want them to do, make their own rules up.
-
Linos are told to only flag only if they’re sure it’s offside, otherwise leave it down. He’d be in the shite if he’d wrongly flagged, don’t get me wrong, he got lucky, but it’s far far more likely that he was sure it was off, rather than the other way round.

As someone pointed out earlier, var didn’t chalk the goal off, it just confirmed the linos d3cision. No var, it’d still be no goal.
-
I’ve no problem with the offside, because he was offside. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve read people on here bemoaning tight offsides and calling for close ones to stay onfield. Well, the Lino gave it and VAR backed it up. The handball however, was shocking. Shocking the ref didn’t give it in real time, and shocking VAR didn’t. Overall we were what we are. Average mid table side that gets beat if we don’t take our chances, managed by a guy a class above most of the players. Players are honest pros doing their best, so I don’t understand some of the clog they get after a defeat like this.

They haven’t seen reply’s . If it goes to VAR they’ll assume he’s made the right decision.

It was JWP’s error that led to goal. I won’t say “fault” because he’s playing out of position, but a proper full back wouldn’t have let Grealish get in behind so easily

Both Snap dragon & daughter got notified by text.
-
My snap dragon had hers 2 weeks ago, my daughter had hers 10 days ago, my dad last weekend, & mum had hers on Thursday. I’m 56 & I’m the oldest in my family not to have had one (daughter is nhs), that’s unbelievable really. Incredible how they’re rolling them out so quickly, they’ll obviously be a lag when the second ones are due, but at the moment it must have exceeded most people’s expectations.

Tim’s right, there was luck involved. Luckily 52% of us voted to leave the fuckfest. Anyone who thinks Cameron & his soft arsed Europhile buddies, europhile civil service & europhile parliament wouldn’t have thrown their all in with the EU vaccination program, is deluded.

When did this policy of not paying compo start, wasn’t Nigel in a job?
-
-
Stand down, it was all a “mistake”. Lol
-
Fuck me, they must have had some shite over the years.
-
And how much have they won?
-
Yes, gives Remoaners a straw to clutch onto.

What makes you think Stelios would be a man & not a chick, or even a trans in the process of losing their tackle. Check your bias.

Nothing. First thing you’re taught is play to the whistle. The delaying of flag is designed to stop onside goals being ruled offside. Yesterday’s goal was a perfect illustration of why the rule is in place. The ref saved the Lino’s bacon, had he blown when she flagged, a perfectly good goal would have been ruled out.
-
I would.

The great lady would have done a damn sight better. She’d have taken tough decisions and wouldn’t have been afraid to be unpopular.

These Russians are bloody halfwits. Fancy rigging one election and then deciding to abandon Trump instead of handing him a win that would have caused complete and absolute chaos in America, & the west in general.
-
That wasn’t what you claimed. You said their life’s were “near normal”. They’re not, nowhere near.
-
They probably are, but there’s absolutely nothing to stop having them every 3 months if enough people wanted it. I don’t understand what Mystic is on about. It looks like he’s implying that Leavers have somehow decided that’s it, we’re out of the EU forever, finito... Maybe his ire should be directed at Remainers who haven’t got the balls or the work ethic to do what Nigel did.
-
Pony. My son lives in Sydney and his life is nowhere near back to normal.
-
Who says otherwise? We joined without a referendum, could rejoin with or without another one. All it needs is a party to stand on that platform, and win enough votes. You can have an EU vote every six months if enough people want it. I think you’re confusing people saying it won’t happen, with people saying it can’t happen.
-
If you pile up votes in certain states & don’t breakthrough in enough of the remaining states, you’re a poor candidate based on that system. If you can’t beat Donald Trump you’re an appalling candidate. The system not weird at all, it’s perfectly reasonable. You need broad support from across the nation, without it the big population states will dominate the union too much. it’s a system that’s perfect for a union of independent states.
