That's all I've ever wanted, EU citizens not having an automatic right to live & work in the U.K. Levels of immigration will be set by the U.K. Parliament. The remoaners who voted labour clearly didn't read page 28 of their manifesto. "Free movement will end when we leave the European Union" was what is written. The EU has stated free movement is a must if you want to stay members of the single market. With 80% of the country voting for parties that accept the end of free movement, unless The EU are lying, we'll be leaving the single market. There is a mandate.
