Open your eyes man….

So can Gary Neville, Roy Keane & Alan Shearer who were all pretty horrendous in the dug out. It’s easy, I can pitch a story well & break down analysis nicely as well. My analysis is this; Lego head is an arrogant cock who isn’t half as good as he thinks he is…

I’ll clarify it for you then….He basically is a massive bellend. HTH

“Shalom Hamas' means Hello and Goodbye - You can choose. Release all of the Hostages now, not later, and immediately return all of the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you. Only sick and twisted people keep bodies, and you are sick and twisted! I am sending Israel everything it needs to finish the job, not a single Hamas member will be safe if you don’t do as I say. I have just met with your former Hostages whose lives you have destroyed. This is your last warning! For the leadership, now is the time to leave Gaza, while you still have a chance. Also, to the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW, OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY LATER!" –President Donald J. Trump

I’m hoping Eddie Izzard is considered for the role of Mo in the upcoming adaptation of The Satanic Verses. What could go wrong?

Who is looking forward to the new production of Jesus Christ superstar? I think Robert Powell is going to face a run for his money when it comes to the iconic portrayal of The Lords Son….

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?
Lord Duckhunter replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Yep, good to see Starmer following Reforms idea of cutting foreign aid and spending it at home. The precedent has been set now, let’s hope Rachael from accounts uses this method when she runs out of fiscal headroom. -
Didn’t do any good. GB News has comprehensively won its judicial review of TV regulator Ofcom’s decisions that two shows hosted by Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg breached the broadcasting Code. In a landmark ruling the High Court found that Ofcom’s conclusions - that the broadcasts, on May 9 and June 13 2023, breached the Code’s due impartiality and content regulations - were unlawful. As a result, the Court has quashed the decisions and awarded GB News its legal costs. The historic judgment is the first time the broadcasting watchdog has lost a judicial review of one of its decisions in relation to the Broadcasting Code.

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

That’s a bit child like, It’s not a football team. There’s millions of floating voters, who vote for a particular party, doesn’t mean “it follows” they support “the program”. I’m sure there’s millions of Labour voters who oppose their Winter fuel cut, or the NI rise, and there will be even more who won’t support the cuts coming down the track. Where’s this loving you talk about, because I don’t even recall discussing Reforms economic ideas, yet alone loving them… -
We got 2 lucky wins, Everton should have scored & the Ipswich keeper had a Baz. Perhaps if we were fitter and the players cared a bit more, we’d be up with the mighty Ipswich.
-
Like Ranieri at Leicester, and even Bally with us, he was right man, right management style at the right time, with those particular group of players. Give him hard nose seasoned pros or the twats we’ve got now, and his positive pony won’t work…He’d be chewed up and spat out by premier league players in 2025…

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?
Lord Duckhunter replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
I’m criticising them for lying to people, and doing the same things they criticised the Tories for. Employing vanity photographers, flying around in private jets, cronyism. Whether they were right to limit Winter fuel payments is debatable, saying you’ll protect it and then not doing so, isn’t. It’s especially hypocritical when they attacked the Tories and claimed it wasn’t safe with them. There plenty of other issues, where the hard reality of government has clashed with their soft arsed view of the world. But the fact is that didn’t stop them attacking the Tories when they had to make difficult choices. Same as posters on here, had the Tories done a lot of things they have, people would be condemning it, no acknowledgement we were overspending, no excuses, just heartless tories. It’s funny as fuck, and I look forward to the excuses, when Rachael from accounts brings us Austerity MK2. -
We certainly look slower than any other side, unfitter than any other side play safe more than any other side. I don’t know if that’s a fitness issue, a Lego legacy issue or a mindset issue. It doesn’t help that players like Manning, Downes, Smallbone, Airbo, THB, Tall Paul, Bree, Bednerak, Captain Jack, have an absolutely zero turn of pace in any of them. Too many one paced wonders. It’s not only about raw speed, OR wasn’t particularly quick, but he was quick in thought and could nip in with a quick couple of steps. We’ve just got so many plodders. You can get away with a couple, if you surround them with dynamic, quick, urgent players, but we don’t have enough of them. You can get away with it playing Lego ball in the Championship, but at this level it’s disastrous. Who have we got, Dibling, KWP, Sully & MF? I don’t really know why Ivan is persisting with his tactics. He’s either on his bike or has defo been told he’s here for the long haul, because it’s a pretty horrendous audition he’s putting in ATM. That doesn’t absolve Lego of any blame, the majority of this shite is down to him. His culture, his players and his hospital pass handed to Ivan..

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

It’s the fact they lied to people about them and even criticised the Tories, claiming they were going to cut it. Just like they promised farmers they wouldn’t change inheritance tax, told the Waspi birds they’d compensate them, “not a penny extra on your council tax”, £300 saving on energy bills. They literally said anything to get elected, I’ve never known a Government go directly against so many promises or do a complete volte-face on so many issues so quickly. Even the Lib Dem’s only did it on one issue. The mental gymnastics of some on here is a sight to see, and there will be even more of it when Reeves runs out of headroom and starts to cut spending.. New Broom 😂😂 -

Ridiculous 😂😂 Surely if Reform supporters had forgotten the last 14 years they’d be Tory supporters. They’re Reform supporters because of the last 14 years. Just as they’ll pick up people from labour because they’re just as incompetent & corrupt. -

Lord Duckhunter replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Its Filed with the promise to protect winter fuel allowance, to compensate the Waspi birds, to cut back on private air travel by ministers. Last year, Steve Reed told the Country Land and Business Association Labour would not raise inheritance tax on family farms… Raynor criticised Boris for employing a “vanity photographer”, you’ll never guess what she’s now got…. Thats before we even come onto Lord Alli, beating up constituents, lying on CVs, lying to parliament that you’re a solicitor, putting a known fraudster in the cabinet and all the freebie’s. They’re now cutting foreign aid to boost defence spending, a Reform policy that would have the usual suspects spitting feathers if the “fair right” Tories had done it. Still, it’s not their fault. The Tories made them do it…😂😂😂 -

It was wrong of me not to criticise that Tory MP who got jailed for beating up a constituent. As for “The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?” It appears the answer is “no, but that’s ok because The Tories were bad as well”…. -
What a waste of ink. I’ve got more chance of going to the moon in a shoebox than that being activated…..

Only because he had a 10 yard head start. He was “running” with the hand break on… Always been over rated by some on here , he’s out sprinter by a keeper, who then does a little trick to deceive him, before winning the slide tackle and knocking it up the line. He couldn’t even foul him properly…..😂😂😂

Saw this online. Apologies if it’s been posted on another thread, because quite frankly it could have been put on about 6 different ones, Don’t know who wrote it, but he’s 100% spot on and it’s Ivan’s job to sort the fuckers out.

Standing up in parliament and saying you’re a solicitor when you’re not, isnt a mistake, it’s a lie…
