Same as a few above, someone I have worked with who is an ex-pro (ex-skate briefly too) but never supported anyone or had any interest in the wider game, just a job to him. He has some great stories about his playing days though.

Pretty arrogant response imo, not least that Cole-Johnson deemed it below himself to directly reply to an e-mail addressed to him personally. In a nutshell it basically says "legacy fans" can do one. All this talk of stadium experience is essentially bollocks, as someone said other day the best way to improve the experience is to win more matches.
