They need to employ more football people at board level for a start, and I don't mean idiots like Ankersen who seem to think they can re-invent the wheel. Bitcon and Kraft also seem clueless, Parsons I don't put in that category. Squad mentality has been a weakness ever since Koeman left - we have lacked on pitch leadership ever since, in fact recruitment generally has been bloody awful - the balance of this squad is dire...how many left backs and yet we are playing a right back there, our DM's are weak and we have had nothing up front since Ings. Whoever sanctioned the Stewart signing should be sacked.

Clearly down so the sensible financial thing is to get rid of the loans, sell as many as you can and save the money for the Championship. What a shambles.

We need an outlet up front for sure. There were times today where the players got in promising attacking positions but appear to have been so brainwashed by Martin-ball that they didn't really know what to do.

It is odd, didn't hear anyone getting on the player's backs at all. Crowd reacted well to players giving everything, which is all we ask as fans. Felt far more resilient today.

Does anyone trust SR to get the next appointment right? If there was an xG equivalent on decision making they'd be Frankie Bennett.
