The pigeon has refused to do it.........................he hasn't been paid for the last job.

Why? What's happening on Friday? The court hearing is on March 1st

+1 Car to Richmond, tube to Wembley.

If we were able to sell more than the 44,000 and this were the case it would be a real shame and financial madness. Let's face it why would you not want to sell tickets for seats that would otherwise be empty. I would hope that Wembley had learnt a lesson from what happened with Luton last year.

Yeah, like he knew about Kaboul going to Spurs a few weeks ago.
-
Can you tell me why your attendances are so poor?
-
And it's mostly down to lack of power. The left footed volley from about 10 yds out in the second half, a bit of power in that shot and it would have been a goal.
-
Thought Hammond and Lambert were immense today. Lallana played well but too many poorly hit efforts on goal. I just hope we can play like that for the rest of the season.
-
Can you let me know if they say something nice, they're on my ignore list

It never fails to surprise me how mis-informed the national press are when it comes to Saints and our problems last year. Perhaps I should just stick to reading the Echo.... ... I'll get my coat!
-
Yes, I understand that. However, the Guardian are suggesting that the debts were paid in full. I thought ML paid just a percentage of that, an amount which satisfied the creditors, Aviva being the main one.
-
Which? My take on it or the Guardian's?
-
Just read this article on the Guardian website: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/david-conn-inside-sport-blog/2010/feb/10/portsmouth-cardiff-hmrc-winding-up 'except at Southampton, where last year Markus Liebherr paid Saints' debts in full' I did not think that was the case at all. I thougt he paid approx. £12M for the club most of which was paid to Aviva for the stadium even though the outstanding amount was approx. £22M?

Someone find David Luker's email address.

Sorry, but he was very lucky to stay on the pitch. the booking could easily have been a red card and I was amazed he did not get a yellow after AL was fouled. We were lucky we didn't have an over fussy ref. Yes, I admire his fight and passion but he stepped over the line last night. On another day that could cost us dear.
-
It took an age to get out of the ground last night but I noticed how long ML stood there after the final whistle. He was clearly just revelling in the atmosphere and sharing the fans joy. It was a special, special night. For me, hearing the 'We're the famous Southampton and we're going to Wemberley' brought back some wonderful memories of 1979 v Forest.

MK Dons Build Up Thread - It's a sell-out, folks!
iansums replied to Saintjersey's topic in The Saints
I'll be leaving shortly for the game. Looking forward to it immensely especially with a full house, but I am bloody nervous. -

+1 I'm currently on my third pair today. Seriously though I am desperate to get to Wembley but can't help thinking we're going to make a right royal f*** up of it tonight. -
What ******. Leeds are not taking it seriously are they? Norwich were all smiles when they lost the penalty shoot out. It would be a great day for everyone at the club.

There is more to life than having lot's of money. I know this because you're making *** loads and you're still a miserable sod!

Mods, I think it's time for a Stripes or Sash poll, unless of course you want it resolved like this: I go for Stripes.
-
Very cheap if you ask me.
-
....and now meet Glasgow Saint whose first question will be: "How much does it cost?"

Question from Glasgow Saint: "How much are they going to cost?"

I take it your nipper will be making his own way there then? (if we get through of course).
