Is he talking about your criminal underworld chums?

I have a similar predicament and would also be keen to hear of any good people who can install a post and a couple of panels.

Surely indicates there are no plans to sell.

My team: Hart Clyne Cahill Jagielka Baines - - - - Carrick - - Henderson- - Ox-C- - - Wilshere- - - Lallana - - - - - - - Rooney- - - - - - - - IMO Gerrard gives the ball away too much to be a starter but could make a great impact later on in games. That midfield has enough about it to retain the ball, be combative and counter quickly. I don't think Sturridge should start. He's too selfish and immature in the way he plays for top level internationals at the moment. The rest of my squad would be: Foster, Forster Walker, Smalling, Cole Gerrard,Cork,Townsend, Johnson Welbeck, Sturridge, Carroll

Assuming we don't sell anyone important, my priorities would be, in order: 1 Striker 2 GK 3 Centre back 4 Attacking midfielder If Gaston leaves then number 4 becomes number 2 as Lallana would be the sum total of our creativity.

It appears Sir Rickie is not playing to his usually high standards
benjii replied to Rasiak-9-'s topic in The Saints
Absolutely right. Here's a simple thought experiment: Would you be happy if we start next season and the best striker at the club is Rickie Lambert? Presumably, people who think he has been good this season wouldn't see that as a problem. Honestly though, I wonder how many people could answer, "yes". Repeat the experiment at centre back, full- back centre mid etc. and I think it starts to become clear where our weak links are. -
You have no business with modern elite football. You ought to go and watch lower leagues. Seriously, you would prefer it. Seriously.

The real reason that we sacrificed the cups...
benjii replied to Unbelievable Jeff's topic in The Saints
Assuming, for a moment, this were true and Pochettino was incentivized solely on league position and not cup performance then he would be justified in prioritising the league as that's clearly what his employer wants (or rather, what it wanted when it concluded his contract). At the end of the day, if Lambert doesn't miss a sitter or Wanyama flattens Gardner (incidentally, two culprits who are very much part of the strongest eleven) we might all be looking forward to the replay and there would be none of this piffle. -
I wouldn't waste money on legal advice unless you are very senior. Prima facie, the clause is not enforceable. Your employer would have to go the trouble of convincing a judge that it should be enforced. If you're not a director or senior manager, the chances are that the restriction will be void. The chance of your current employer actually spending time and money attempting to enforce it will also be very small unless you are of genuine strategic importance to them.

The club is no longer run FOR the fans...............
benjii replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
But it took a cup defeat to figure it out? If Lambert hadn't missed that complete sitter would you still be none the wiser?! I think most people knew this about ten years ago, TBF. Maybe a football historian could shed some light?! -
I agree. I will not go to another match if Lambert is picked.

Agreed. He's simply not very good anymore. It's like playing with ten men half the time. Start Gallagher whenever fit and run the rule over him for the rest of the season. -
My squad: Hart Foster Forster Walker Clyne Cahill Jagielka Smalling ?? Baines Shaw Cork Carrick Gerrard Wilshere Lallana Chamberlain Townsend Welbeck Rooney Sturridge Lambert Carroll

I don't care who they pick, we are better than them and will hopefully want it more.

You win **** all apart from " most predictable, monotonous, un self-aware, onanist" as per every other competition. For what it's worth my entries are Bujumbura, Burundi and Kigali, Rwanda, which I dare say the board is slightly less acquainted with than a commercial airline FFS.

You're right actually. Apart from missing two golden chances, giving the ball away continuously and killing a lot of attacks he was quite good. The fact is, his performance levels are now consistently inadequate. He still scores some great goals and produces some excellent passes and touches (not last night though) but I would say he has far more poor games now than any of our other regular starters. In away games and against the better teams he often struggles badly. He would probably do better in a less dynamic and more rigid attacking side but that's irrelevant really. He's a great player to have in the squad but we need to replace him in the starting eleven if we're going to push on next season.
-
We were excellent. Desperately need an alternative to Lambert though, he had a mare. I would start Gallagher on Saturday.
-
Beautiful performance so far but Lambert currently the weak link again.

http://m.thelawyer.com/news/practice-areas/litigation-news/largest-ever-sdt-fines-upheld-at-high-court/3016029.article It's a good job Pompey were being run by upstanding people at the time these "largest ever" Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal fines relate to (Fuglers, not to be forgotten as an important member of the supporting cast) otherwise there could be some sort of suggestion that PFC were trying to engage in dubious behaviour and are a bunch of cheating, thieving, ****s.

I would pick: Borutch Chambers. Font. Yoshida. Clyne Wanyama. Davis JWP. Guly. Rodriguez Gallagher bench: KD, Jos, Targett, Morgan, lallana, Lambert, Isgrove

Is it part of the BBC charter that a double-decker bus must be used as a measuring rod?
-
Agreed. It might have helped us establish our game*better in the first half. They won a lot of second ball in the middle of the park. Box's biggest strength is gobbling those up. Second half, they sat back more and arguably Cork would've been more use but I think we needed to establish a stronger platform from the start yesterday. Was also a shame Gallagher wasn't available as Lambert had a dreadful second half
-
I would make some changes for Tuesday so we are fresher for Sat. Maybe start with Clyne (on left) Chambers on right to give Shaw a break. JWP for Lallana. Gallagher for Lambert.

I have reported parking "debt collectors" to the OFT and Trading Standards before. They are interested in malpractice and there's OFT guidance on the conduct of debt collectors. I threatened to sue one for harassment ( I still might if I get the time). They sent me a really stupid letter in response. As others have said, they send out mass- produced letters in the hope that people are intimidated into paying up. A debt collector has no legal status over and above any other person. It's a self- appointed moniker. It's ****ish work for ****s.

Not true. The " who was driving" question is irrelevant. The amount claimed is almost certainly unenforceable regardless.
