If Chanrai has bought the ground from PFC then it is a decision of PFC's directors to sell the ground to Chanrai - they are the people who control the disposition, or otherwise, of PFC's assets. Whilst the practical reality is that he has "sold it to himself", the legal reality is that PCFC Ltd has sold it to Balram Chanrai (if that is indeed the case). No judge can reverse that transaction when hearing a winding-up petition.
