  1. Hope this is true. Probably won't make much difference in the short term but would be good to blow the whole lid off if it is widespread.

    Tonda Eckert

Why would we set lawyers on Tonda? He was a Barnsley coach then Saints u21 coach. He doesn't have loads of money. He'll be sacked and/or banned and then get a job in Germany in a year or two before popping up in a Europa League match against Villa or something whereon lots of stories can be run about the Spying Coach.
  3. In fairness, she seems to be top. Maybe we ignored her advice, or maybe Parsons had fucked things too much by the time she got involved.
  4. Thank God for that.
  5. It does feel unfair that additional charges were added on Sunday and then determined by Tuesday. Did we have time to defend those? If they influenced the play off decision then there's an angle there. But honestly, it looks as though everyone involved in this has been incompetent so I wouldn't hold out much hope. Maybe we get those discounted, but I expect the tribunal would say the points penalty relates to those and the play off sanction would have been applied anyway (although is that really likely if it was a one-off)?
  6. Yeah, whoever has been advising on this seems to have completely shit the bed, if we even bothered getting decent advice.
  7. The one illogical thing is the reinstatement of Middlesbrough.

    Sport Republic

Hard to put into words how fucking useless these cunts have been. With decent financial backing, too! Everything is in place for them and they cause disaster after disaster.

Always thought he was a fucking weirdo.
  10. Complete lack of management from the club to allow this to go on. If Tonda genuinely didn't know, who is monitoring him and why didn't they know? Incompetent. If he did know, who is monitoring him and why didn’t they stop him? Incompetent and/or complicit. Either way, Tonda, Spors and Parsons surely have to be dismissed pronto and Dragan needs to get a new football adviser in to help him with the rebuild. Preferably someone with experience of the English Football League, for a fucking change! Is Hodgson staying on at Bristol? If not, nice gig for him, for example.
  11. Perverse.
  12. In fairness, we're still an attractive option for someone if they sit down with Dragan and he says, you are here for long-term rebuild, you will be heavily backed financially, we will clear out anyone you don't want in the footballing side of things and start afresh. But that doesn't feel like the Sport Republic way.

I think it's the way he did it. If he admitted it on day 1, before we had even had time to fully investigate and consider how to respond then he's a fucking moron and he clearly didn't appreciate the situation properly.
  14. That's also why it's arguably an afront to a fair process to have the possible sanction as "anything we decide". How can you sensibly defend yourself from that level of arbitrariness. Would we have been better admitting nothing, refusing to cooperate with accelerated timescales and threatening court action if we didn't get our way from the off? Probably. Strange sort of ruling that results in that. Why would any club cooperate in the future?
  15. And Wrexham.
  16. Yes, unless we miraculously get reinstated.

Absolutely not, if he has been involved in this (which it seems he has). Tonda needs to be sacked (along with any other coaches involved), Spors needs to be sacked - unless his role had no first team oversight duty - and Parsons needs to be sacked. Ideally Dragan and his band of idiots would also piss off, but there's no one who can sack them.
  18. He's so camp. No wonder they love him.

    Tonda Eckert

He's clearly fucked up, but this comes down to Sport Republic ineptitude, as ever.
  20. It's not a vote, mate.
  21. 28 hours to do it....
  22. Well, I think they have to prepare for us. Surely, even if we were booted out, there's no way the EFL would expect a Hull v Boro final to happen for at least a week.
  23. Well, that's half of a trainee solicitor rate at a standard large law firm in London so it's either fixed-rate public work or these are junior local barristers or there's something weird going on!
  24. Lol? What? For legal aid work, maybe. A top silk is charging 4 figures an hour for private work.
  25. Apparently there are suggestions we have murdered other entire squads, but no other team is willing to confirm that on the record.
