  1. What is that supposed to mean? Do you have any evidence that Covid 19 follows a poison distribution? All the evidence suggests exponential growth followed by a slow tailing off. That's not a poisson distribution.
  2. Some of those stats sound like ********. There have been 4 deaths from fireworks in the UK in the last 24 years. Are you telling me if the disease was widespread in the community we would get one death every six years in under 40s with no pre-existing conditions? And what do you mean by pre-existing conditions? There is evidence that being a fatty boom boom is a co-morbidity. There are plenty of fatty boom booms in the U40s. Unless you want to reintroduce everything you mentioned whilst banning any fat support staff and hermetically sealing all participants away from the rest of the community completely these are facile and silly points to make. FWIW I favour a fairly rapid return to some sort of normality with measures taken to protect the vulnerable and to ensure that non-Covid medical patients get the care they need as well and I would be prioritising that, rather than worrying about football, if I was in government.

I can't see a single post that defends Coogan. Just posts that point out he won't be alone and that he's one person and, in the grand scheme of things, this ain't news. For what it's worth, unless there's some good reason we're unaware of, i think he's a bellend for furloughing domestic staff. But it is a nice simple story for nice simple people.

Do you not like hypocritical, monied, sex-pests any more then?
  5. He's a talentless blowhard. He's both the apotheosis and nadir of reality TV. Born into privilege but unable to achieve anything without stealing, avoiding debts, cronyism and criminality. People who vote for him like him because he demands nothing of them other than to hate the same things he does. They see their own pathological inadequacies (narcissism, cowardice, stupidity) and it legitimises them. Useful idiots. They convince themselves he's a big tough guy ("balls of steel") when he's a complete pussy who can't accept responsibility, can't face intelligent women, throws tantrums and has the world view of a toddler. They're the stupid kid who everyone laughs at who thinks he's cool. He's the non-thinking person's choice. He lies, cheats, abuses, discriminates, values personal material gain above everything and can't deal with complexities. Luckily he's soon going to be dribbling down his rancid bloating gut in a care home or answering to the FBI without Presidential immunity.
  6. I used to be indecisive but now I’m not so sure.
  7. Shameful of LeTiss to be involved with something with that ****'s name on it.
  8. You could easily annotate that letter with what Trump was doing and saying on the same dates. I'm sure someone will.
  9. So, basically, the world wants an enquiry but because one of Trump's staff has written a stroppy and unbelievably hypocritical letter it's all about Dementia Don. #usefulidiot
  10. It's facile to focus on the death rate as a sole, or maybe even principal, measure of whether to relax / tighten controls. There seems to be growing evidence that the disease can cause long term lung and kidney damage: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-52506669 On top of that, if it is running at high levels you will have a natural economic slow down as people stay at home, do less and take precautions (either through being too unwell to work and go out or in fear of infecting loved ones or themselves). It's simple-minded to think of the economic impacts as being imposed solely by the government.
  11. No, because Germany managed their response to the virus properly.
  12. He's a cracking finisher. He'd do well at any team that creates chances. Juventus will need a new Ronaldo, Spurs might need a new Kane at some point, Real, as you say. Not sure if he's got the quality on the ball to play in a Man City / Barcelona sort of team but in a side that wants an out-and-out striker, he looks mustard.
  13. Watching Dortmund v Schalke. It's decent enough because Dortmund are a nice side to watch but obviously the atmosphere is akin to a pre-season friendly played in a library. Frankly, I really couldn't be arsed to watch the PL played out in empty stadiums.

GDPR doesn't apply to individuals posting on message boards and you were quoting a press article. Very odd.

Did you write “GDPR compliant alteration”. If so, why?

Ouch. After that, nothing else will do.
  19. I doubt we’ll spend a penny.
  20. Do you reckon he’s going to get suicided like Epstein?
  21. But if it's materially more risky for one group then it's not OK to just exclude them. Anyway, I edited the post because I can't be bothered with the inevitable weird race discussion.
  22. But we can't have players picking and choosing whether to play or not. Makes a mockery of the competition.

I used to cycle from Waterloo to Liverpool Street area and it was not particularly pleasant. OK on the backstreets but the busy junctions near the Thames and the City sucked big-time. Also, many of the cyclists were massive ****-heads.

There's no way of proving she caught it from him though? It's obviously assault but the chain of causation can easily be challenged, I would have thought.
