Trump and Peace The reality and unambiguous policy of Trump is now all too apparent. He has dismissed democracy as a political inconvenience and that the only thing that is important is "the deal". That deal should benefit him and the USA. On the grander scale of things his real fear and enemy is China. I am certain he wants an ally in Putin to offset the cosy relationship between Russia and China that currently exists. It is also very evident he does not care about Europe or for that matter NATO. He thinks that he can bully Ukraine into a deal by immediately withdrawing arms support and let Europe pick up the pieces. This is indeed the challenge that the collective European states now face as the USA abandons its position of defenders of democracy. Will Europe take up the challenge in defending Ukraine with muscle rather than rhetoric? History tells us that bullies continue to bully unless they are stopped. WE thought that was only Putin but now I fear that is Trump too

We are all uncomfortably numb Resigned to apathy, indifference towards football that was excitement and passion for some but now the faceless corporate vision has won Our goal is no goal Our mission is to mismanage Abandon and abort by a Republic of Sport Sport it is not Fun it is not There are many things it aint Will I forever be a Saint ? Do not assume that being a fan Is forever loyalty in this day and age We could become like you and become Totally and utterly comfortably numb

My first visit this season and probably my last too. I could not believe how bad we were. No organisation, communication or desire. A team misfits mishitting each other where no one took responsibility. One centre back and four full backs and no centre forward at home. I expected Juric to bring organisation and discipline. Instead we got chaos and our players tackling each other. The only bright spark was Wellington. Waste of time and money and to get to the train afterwards I could not exit the Chapel without having to circumnavigate the Stadium. Whose idea was that?

Can we put a lolly pop man on the pitch next game with a sign pointing towards the opposition goal as three quarters of our team think the goal is on the half way line. As most have posted expectations are sideways backwards, sideways, backwards, loose possession opposition goal. Repeat. But we were brave and a team to be proud of. Insanity

With AI tools these days it should be easy to detect and eliminate profanity. Being witty, amusing and erudite is much harder than just using Anglo Saxon nouns

Get a grip everybody. We looked good and competed and with better finishing could have been three up. It was our reserves against their reserves. Proud to be a Saints fan. No disgrace and confidence booster -
Yesterday Adams was trying to make diagonal runs that we were too slow to spot or under instructions to not take that risk. Yesterday was crying out for another dimension to our game. For instance play sullemana down the middle rtaher than pass predictably to his feet when their defence has regrouped. Martin has stated that it was not tactics that cost us the game but two awful goals. The reality is we created very few chances and were entirely predictable. In comparison to the Leicester Leeds game, both sides played at pace and Winks was playing super balls inside the full backs. Yet we have Smallbone !! Enough said

Do you get the impression that Saints are playing with "pressure". No they all seem to be having a ball (pardon the pun) Ipswich look as though their intensity is all pressure related. It is not just a physical jpourney but a mental one as well. That is what separates us at the moment, irrespective of who we play. We are going up
-
Ipswich play with a lot of energy which may not be sustainable over a long season and injuries and suspensions will have an impact. Our style is energy conservation which could be the difference come May

Interview smacks of paranoia. The first half performance was awful and we were lucky not to be 2 down. Second half better as we had one moment of quality. Overall it was till painful to watch as the mantra is still pass not attack. Yes we won but there is an emerging pattern of underperforming playerts hamstrung by pqassive passing at all costs. Adventure?? Risk ? Just bore the pants of fans. I do not think that I am not alone in that I want Saints to win every game but prefer to wqatch other teams play football
-
Fans are bored by what they see so they resort to inane chants.Play with some passion and purpose and that may be reciprocated by our travelling support too
-
It was Bazunas fault. The ball went over Bednarek's head so he should have had that covered

Do performances reflect results? Are we creating chances versus conversion. Are we conceding goals through unforced errors against opposition skill? Do we see improvements in tactics and individual player's.performances I suspect we are about 40% over the 11 games. Not good enough given the talent at our disposal
-
Spot on. Our expectations should be high with the squad that we have but we are sacrificial lambs to a fixed system that does not work. What is more it is painfall to watch and easy to negate demonsrated by a near reserve side second to bottom. It was the predictability of our approach that opposition can suss so quickly and the stubborness to change during a game that has alienated so many fans
