  1. Did you have anyone write that they wished that you died of cancer? I wonder how your opinion might have changed if they did? This is one of the things I hate about twitter. I'm delighted that you have recovered from your cancer!
  2. Bu&&er! I was looking forward to 91 pages of posts on his possible signing.
  3. What rumours? Have I missed something? Been on holiday.
  4. Bloody hell! Can we just enjoy tonight before we carp ourselves thinking about Everton? Def' a game of two very different 45 minutes. First one was dire but the second was really enjoyable to watch (watched online). Gaston looked very good and so was JP'n. Sorry but Fox has to warm the bench.
  5. Hmm, not sure he should be on twit telling the world.
  6. Ridiculous? Not sure I would agree but the prices have risen. Last season I was paying £25 for my grandson and I, this Sat' the tickets in the same block have risen to £51. I'm not moaning, I fully accept that is the price for promotion to the Prem' but it is out of my reach. Prices for a Cat' A match is £54.
  7. Superb effort by you both:toppa:. Please pass on my congratulations to Mrs Who, 4 stone lighter and young baby! I did a charity walk (10k) last year and it was my grandson, who walked with me, that got me around the last 3k. It was a wonderful feeling at the end and I'm sure you must be feeling a great sense of achievement.
  8. Wade, thanks for the chuckle!
  9. £51 (Chapel) Versus £35 (Family). There are seats in the Chapel, where we normaly sit. I was honest with my grandson at the start of this season and said that I won't pay over £50 for us to go to a game. Shame really, as we have only missed two home games in the past 3 seasons but we will go to the next home game in the Family section. I just left it too late this time.
  10. I left it too late (was on holiday) to get tickets in the Family section. Only two left but were not together, so my grandson and I will miss this game. I think it will be a sell out.
  11. Agree with every word. We play 3 of the top 4 teams and the world falls apart, lol.
  12. Only the 'signings committee' knows who we went for. We may have bid for LB's-CB's-keepers but perhaps, just perhaps, the did not want to sign for a newly promoted club that was being quoted as odds on to go back down? As for GM's post, it seems to me that Gordon is implying that NA is being 'advised' by someone else what team to play. Sorry, I can't see NA having any of that carp.
  13. Is the Villa game Cat A, B or C, please? Found it, thanks.
  14. Is your gran doing anything next Saturday?
  15. That gave me a good laugh but the point is also well made!
  16. You should be a comedian. Best joke I've read in ages:lol:
  17. Let me get this into my old brain. We get thrashed 6-1 and you will be happy if Portsmouth FC go out of business or the ground they play on is burnt down? What does it mean either way? We lose every game this season? We go down to CCC? Gosh, I have been wrong all along:rolleyes:
  18. So pleased I'm not in Islington tonight!
  19. Help! Tried to download sopcast but it wanted me to downlaod ilivid!
  20. Thanks, NY.
  21. Seems I have to download ilivid first. What is this and is it safe, please?
  22. Gone to Forest, so I'm informed. (Might be wrong)
  23. I have absolutely no idea what this means.
  24. Have you read my PM on FB?
  25. "La Gazzetta dello Sport claim the prospective transfer of 21-year-old Uruguay international winger Gaston Ramirez from Bologna to Southampton is in its final stages. The pink paper reports that only a few details need ironing out before a move said to be worth €14m is made official. This deal has been long and complicated so, with that in mind, treat this with caution as more bureaucratic problems certainly aren't beyond the realm of possibility."
