-
Nope. Not at all.

screw it. At last the t0ssers who have ****ed our country up and bankrupted the nation are finally, finally gone. The socialists rubbed my face in the sh!t when Blair won in 1997. Well now it is my turn! My football is always Red, thank God my politics is Blue...

labour are out! Gone! Bye bye!!!! I've waited for this moment for 13 years!!! I am a very happy chappie!!!
-
Maybe, maybe not. It ain't Labour and thank God for that. Also great to know that the party I voted for is now in Power. It puts a spring in my step.
-
Benjii, I always had you pegged as a weirdo hippy Marxist but obviously I was wrong! I echo your sentiments: Thank God We Now Have A Conservative-Led Government And The Bloody Socialists Are OUT OF POWER!!!! P O W E R T O C A M E R O N! A new dawn!!!!
-
Maybe, but the useless idiotic Labour party are now mercifully out of power. And that **** Brown is well and truly gone. Thank **** for that. Bye bye Brown, off you go, toodle-pip.
-
What? So you don't agree with democracy? The Conservatives won. Labour was trounced. Labour couldn't do a deal with the Liberals. The Conservatives have. Cameron is PM. The Tories are back in power. Democratically ... and what a bloody breath of fresh air it will be. Up the Saints, Up Cameron and the new Coalition.
-
Get in there Prime Minister Cameron! My vote wasn't in vain. Thank God the Labour party are out of power and thank God we have a sensible leader in Number 10 again. A good day.

Labour candidate: "Brown worst Prime Minister ever"
1976_Child replied to trousers's topic in The Lounge
Someone tell this matey to tell us something we didn't already know. Duhhh?!! Of course Brown is the worst PM the country has ever had. Its not bloody rocket science to discern that. -
PM me indeed! Am awaiting it, we can explore this via email/skype etc...

Not at all. So I guess we are talking about Second Life and the ilk? Here's a bunch of spontaneous questions to kick-start this debate: 1. How does an avatar in a virtual world draw upon 'his' free will to determine whether or not he has right of claim over 'territory' in the virtual world if he is actually just a construct of his benevolent carbon-based master's whit and imagination? 2. Do avatars have rights outside of their virtual world? If so, how should carbon-based masters enforce those rights? Should it not be up to the avatars to sort it out amongst themselves? Is it right for Carbonites to lay down the law through computer code which can not be changed? 3. Stepping out of the silicon-based Virtual World, how should we Carbonites deal with issues of religion and common law in order to set a good example to our silica constructs? !

humour me! It is 2am and I can't sleep and nor can you...

What's the title of your dissertation?

Bull crap sunshine! You said above [2.] that you were 'in the process' of writing your autobiography and when it is finished you said you will let me know where to get it. Having 'no plans to write it' is totally different. One further bit of advice: never bull**** your way out of an embarrassing situation. Just own up and say 'fair cop'.

The main Westminster parties have, by mutual consent, always kept well out of Ulster politics. But that does not mean that there are not glaringly obvious 'synergies' between certain NI parties and Westminster parties. Now that, thank God, the bombings have ceased why wouldn't they formalize their positions?

1. Chappie, there is nothing more likely to make me hate you than your saying that you wish to pursue a 'career' in politics. Seriously mate, squirrel this one away somewhere and don't ever, ever mention it again. If you walked into my local and introduced yourself as someone who 'wanted to pursue a career in politics' you would leave with a broken nose and a bloody shirt. Get it? 2. How old are you?!!! Have you lived long enough to gather enough material to fill an autobiography? I might have you wrong, however I reckon you are a well meaning kid but for Christ's sake at least live a while before going into politics and writing your book!
-
Dune, you are a legend, alas! Here's for HM telling Brown to sling his hook and giving the keys to Number 10 to Cameron even if he doesn't get a majority. Up the Saints! And up a friggin' change in Number 10! Come on Cameron, you may not be perfect but at least you are not Brown...!
-
IamLeGod, are you a Yank?! Explain yourself!

I will be staying up for it. Always do. I love hearing the talking heads being found utterly wrong when the results come in. Also, it really will be quite something to witness the Labour stooges disown Brown on air tomorrow night as it becomes apparent that he has not been returned to Downing Street. And mark my words, as soon as it is obvious that Labour has not got a mandate the knives will be out for Brown and all the jockeying for position within the Labour party will begin - on air!!!!!! Bring it on! The real 'reality TV' !!!

I've said it before, and I will say it again: The British National Party is the single most important political party in the election. Important. Not best, nor correct. But important. The BNP is a legally constituted party and thus have as much right to be involved in this election as any other. They have the same right as all other parties for their message to be heard. They are a bonefide political party and no one, but no one, should deal with them any differently to any other political party. The BNP is the 'escape valve' of this election. Immigration is a real issue in the country, and the BNP are fulfilling their role in bringing it front of stage. Nothing more. I hold the view that the BNP's policies are repugnant. I will do everything in my power, as afforded me as a simple elector, to make sure that they do not form the next government. I will also do all in my power to hold the next government to account and make sure that the fertile soil into which the BNP sows its seed is reclaimed. But most of all I am willing to die to ensure that the BNP is allowed to be heard. If I can not defend the right of those with whom I strongly disagree to voice their opinions then I too can have no right to be heard.
