  1. I said exactly this at the time. They were buying the pair, one was no use to them without the other. Once Lambert went it was only matter of time before lallana followed.
  2. MLG will probably have the stats on that.
  3. We deserved to win when we played them, tbf. That was a classic smash and grab for them, typical scousers.
  4. To be honest, the words "Gary Glitter" and "when I was a wee lad" really don't belong in the same sentence nowadays.
  5. I didn't know Redslo posted on the QPR forum.
  6. Would you be less nervous if we were currently bottom of the table with one point?
  7. Thats right, get those chickens counted.
  8. "We planned to have Wednesday off, and José Fonte said to me 'Boss, we'd like to come to train tomorrow' - I said 'But you have a day off, I planned a lot of things with my wife!' " Its lucky as all hell that he didn't say the wife. Fonte would have punched his f*cking lights out.
  9. Actually, if you read through it, it sure as hell sounds as if somebody from the media or politics made it up. It doesn't read naturally at all and looks like a series of ticked boxes.
  10. Couldn't agree more. Absolutely cringeworthy. =
  11. If there's anything worse than a sore loser, it's a Scottish sore loser.

    Dusan Tadic

I feel sure that if you were to tweet these posts, lallana would happily fork out a fiver to steve grants curry fund. He's coining it in at Liverpool, and the fans love him.
  13. Somebody tell Forster to watch out for the Begovich hoof.
  14. How, exactly, do you propose to get KL to dish out these free tickets? Over breakfast?
  15. I'm glad its not just me then, I thought Sanchez looked pathetic apart from the freekick. And I wasn't keen on his card-waving antics either. Thought Targett had a great game, and as for Tadic..... well, he's starting to look like the best buy of the window, by anybody. What a player.
  16. I cannot remember the last cup game when with 5 minutes to go and a team like arsenal chucking everything at us, and thinking "they aren't going to score." I really can't. Terrific effort from the team, well chuffed tonight.
  17. Matt targett still looking good. Not sure about Sadio, probably take a while to settle, quite pleased to see Long on for him.
  18. Targett looking good.
  19. What's the f*cking score? I just got in from work.
  20. This, exactly. We didn't put the players up for sale, that c*nt hodgson did it for us. And in the same article, the journo points out "dressing room" issues had poch stayed on and seen lallana and lambert flogged from underneath him, so what exactly is he recommending? Keep the players against their wishes, with all the implications that carries?
  21. We have more depth in the squad now, and I'd love to see us take a proper crack at all the cup competitions. The "tinpot" JPT final was the best day out I've had in years. (excluding that pingpong exhibition in Thailand, obviously.)
  22. That's actually very funny, if only for the sheer illiteracy of the "administrator" who cobbled it together. The Capital One Cup is vastly approaching and for us gooners we know it represent a chance to see what the future holds for our club. Youngsters are often bread in this competition and we look forward to seeing some our young guns take center stage. Now, I can forgive two of those if he's black and american, but if not then he shouldn't really be let loose in front of a keyboard.
  23. It's a reference to a popular tv programme the midget appeared in, m'lud.
  24. He seems to me to have stepped up a level. I've always rated him, but this season he is really hitting form.
